Another question I have is with his amp, his box wasn't screwed down yet and it smashes his amp cover down on the circuit board and it looked like it shorted out on one copper coil. It still functions and everything does he have anything to worry about?

Well I was going to look at it but he said monday or tuesday he is getting 0 gauge wire installed. The RCA cables look cheap.

And a quick question now when he turns his volume all the way down and puts his subs on -15 on his HU the subs seem to have a interference with something could this be a bad ground? EDIT: This is with the durango running.

Just wanting to know the proper way to slow down songs and such with Audacity. My buddy has 2 rockford p2's and I make him a tone of CD's EDIT: Just seen you are from Indiana

I just tried slowing this song and I'm not for sure if I did it right since I only have a logitech z2300 system. Can someone please test it in their ride? And suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks guys for the fast responses! Now which amp should I go with so that I won't over power the subs. I'm leaning more towards the Rockford Fosgate PRIME R500-1 like mentioned above.

Hello all, my buddy just GAVE me 2 rockford fosgate 12's R1s412 and a box! Now what sort of amp should I get for this stuff? He was running these on a calrion 1550w amp and was too powerful for the subs so they blew and he got them replaced.
