  1. I could try my amp with my buddys system but he has 4g wire LOL
  2. This setup is currently setup in my room because I do not have a car right now but I hope to have one soon. I have tried a headunit but it's old so I'm not for sure I can trust it. Trying it with the headunit still had the same problem.
  3. When I put it to spec it just sounds like crap. I'll have to set it to spec tomorrow and see what happens but keep giving me things to go on. What exactly do you mean by faulty? The crossover or amp?
  4. Just took this picture. Bass boost is at 0. Gain around 5 and I set it by DMM, a little under the volts the chart lists because of the vocals.
  5. Haha I just noticed what the camera did on that one That picture I took right out of the box so it's not plugged in
  6. Yes the amp is just lowpass there is no switch.
  7. Eh the amp was 160 bucks and I'm not even sure who I could contact who fixes amps lol.
  8. Well if I got that crossover I mentioned you think my problem will go away?
  9. There wasn't no black spot that I could see. Too bad I don't have access to a oscope
  10. There is no selector switch and I have opened the amp and I am used to taking stuff apart so it's not a problem for me. Now when I open it what should I be looking for?
  11. It is low pass and I've tried setting all the way down to 40. And I'm not for sure how to see if it's faulty. EDIT: At 40 the vocals are quite but still there.
  12. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6297_Pyramid+CR66.html That is the one. I don't want nothing expensive just something to get the job done.
  13. Now you may or may not have seen a thread i made awhile ago about vocals through subs but here is a updated one. I have my system currently setup in my room since I do not have a car as of right now, I turn 16 in November so hopefully big stuff there Anyways I was thinking of getting a cheap crossover(literally 15 bucks) And was wondering if that would solve my vocals through subwoofer problem. I have hooked my system up to a deck but it still yeiled the same issue but the deck was old so I'm not too sure if I can trust it. Any input would be really appreciated. Also specs are in my sig.
  14. I pulled apart a chair and salvaged the speakers
