Ill try to look for a amp because I already know how to hook up one in my house and stuff and are you sure you found my exact speakers lol these are kinda old EDIT and could you reconmmened me a amp? I don't want like a 500 dollar one XD

Ok I'm not to good with audio work but I've seen it done countless times by a friend LoL but he always didn't keep it for a odd reason just kept buying the stuff hooking it up playing it for a month or 2 and then selling it XD. SO since my speakers are 800w and 4ohms would I need a amp that can do 4ohms and how much wattage should it be? and If you didn't see my post above I seen some tuts for hooking a PC power supply to power the amp just needs a high amperage so I just need to find a amp that will power these. My friend also said that these speakers didnt work but he most likely in my mind didn't hook them up to receive 4ohms and from what he said it just bumped them a little bit plus the speakers dont smell burn or anything

And I seen some tuts online for hooking up a computers PSU or power supply to the amp to power it so XD

I am also looking at hooking these subs up in my room if I can get some help choosing the right amp for my setup...

Hey guys I'm new here seen Steve's videos and need some help. I have these 2 subwoofers and a box but I need some help finding a amp these were purchased a few years ago and have been sitting in a room in the house since we had nothing to do with them.I was told the amp we had was 1000w and I've been searching but I'm not to good with audio stuff Here is what they look like (its a video) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-IVMtez95c Please respond! and I don't want a 500 dollar amp I want something under 200 and I do not know the specs of the speakers but they are both Power acoustik's Thanks Mike
