Anyway depending on what your tuned will help your numbers but dont go too high cuase like I said it more than likely will not be pleasant to yor ears. Is that better Skittles?! Dynamatting your hole car will get you something, but not too much. You said your tuned at 49 Hrz? Dand thats pretty high already and tuning any higher in my opinion will sound like shit!! Just try different bass tracks and some sound deading.

you probably need a amp, underpower is probably the case. But if only the highs sound crappy like you say then they must just suck. i have my mids and highs on my deck rightnow cuase i sold my amp but they still sound good at any volume.

I got a recomendation for you. Dump JL! You can get a way better sub for half the cost and box specs wont be so crazy either.

Mando to pre drill or cracking will accur! Also The vinyl can be bought at hexis sign supply's online, get the crystal etched.

For 150.00 anything you get is going to be crap! 800rms at descent quality is gonna cost you atleast 250.00-350.00 one amp you can get that is good quality and 1200rms@1ohm and is not expensive, and will stand up to a beating is a Directed2400

I second that! The Rf 1500BD or MC1500 Memphis. You can get an old school Bd to on ebay for a great price too.
