i have all stock electricl. no big 3. im asking this question because before i got this amp i had a hifonics brutus 1600d and this new aq2200d i got is not pushin my sub any harder i cnt even tell a difference. my setup - shitty 4 guage wiring kit from ebay (23.99) lol. 4 guauge was the biggest my old amp would take aq2200d 15 fi bl all stock electrical if i upgrade to 0 guage wire and do the big 3 will i notice a big difference in how hard this amp will push my sub or do i need to upgrade alternator as well?

i just got an aq2200 for my 15 bl and want to give it more power than i currently am with my stock electrical system on the 2010 impala ls. what should i do? lol

yes my volts are the problem. so wouldnt another battery be pointless? thats why i was thinking a higher output alternator. any more input?

ok i got my new amp and its the shit. but i clip very easily! and prolly have been for a while with my old amp and just havnt been knowing it. whats the first step i take to stop this? i only have 4 guage wirining rite now considering thats the biggest my old powers and gronds were on my old amp. so im guessing a bigger alt and 0 guage? im relatively new to messing around with electrical as ive never had this powerful of an amp (aq2200d) so all help is appreciated, thanks.

its a dual 2 and has all the optional upgrades. i was looking to spend no more than 350-400 i was looking at audioques and sundowns the audioque 1200d is about 250 the sundown 1200d is about 350 id likke to get something that willl push the sub more than what i got now which is the hifonics brutus 1600d (i kno)

i have a 15 inch bl hooked up to a hifonics brutus 1608d yesterday it just turned off in the midle of play... i had it on loud but was not pushing it the amp still turns on normally and is fine and has power going to it i hooked up another woofer just to see if it was the amp and it played fine, so its my 15 inch fi bl thats the problem anyone have any ideas? thnx..

oldcheck it NEW fi bl fully loaded on hifonics 1606d terrible camera low light just thought id see how it sounded on the cam and throw it up check it out!

id look into either of these amps - hifonics, autotek, audioque, rockford fosgate, diablo audio technoligies subs - FI, RE, kicker, DC anything that is pretty reputable and def wanna run something more than 8awg wires like someone else said atleast 4awg to the amps power and ground my first system a few years ago which was pretty inexspensive was a 15' kicker l5 with a hifonics 1208 amp which was loud and sounded good

where do you get a DAT 1000.1 i looked on the website and didnt seee any ordering info are they in production yet?

title says it im looking for a saz1500d for a descent price if anyones got one lmk

rite the only problem i have with the saz1500 is the price its just too much for me unless anyone can give me a good place to get one used cause i cant find shit on ebay but what about anything else that will do 1400 to 1800 actual rms wats there has to be something a little cheaper

its in a 92 lx mustang 2.3 lit. so the alt is pretty wimpy like 75 amp or something like that and yea the saz 1500 caught my eye ive heard alot about it but it is very pricy i heard somethings about the audioques as well could the 15 handle the AQ 2200d?
