    he was running the BTL's at around 5000 watts with the 4000bds... with the 2500bd's its gonna be close to 6000. and yes, he's gonna use the FI's until he gets his new sub

    I was just thinking the same thing but his subs are D 2Ω so each T4K was seeing 1Ω and each T2500 will see 2Ω. iirc the 2500 does 2K at 2Ω so each woofer will have about 4KW on it. that is until he gets his new subs.

    the box is 5 years old or more so its been through some abuse.

    theres less "meat" on the lip so less places to screw woofers in and thats very important considering he snaps all the screws he puts in.

    he does get it from home depot last I checked.

    RF made the amps that size just for Steve's box ;)

    yes thats 8 gauge for the subs.

    runs of 8 gauge? it depends on how he wires them.

    10 1" RE audio tweeters, 2 4" Rainbow Midrange, 4 RE XXX 6.5" Midbass and obviously 4 18" BTL's for a total of 20 speakers

    he is going to add an 8" sub to each door and 6.5" kicks so 6 more speakers on top of whatever else he is doing

    did that answer everything? :D

    All the new speakers will be the new RF Power series Including the 4" in the a pillars (there a mini prototype of the 6.5 and 5.25 sick little bitches they are)

    I can see a problem with using an iphone. from watching the video steve just posted, the icons have to be on the small side to get everything to fit on the screen which is where the stylus comes into play, but with the iphone you can't use a stylus so touching smaller icons could be kind of difficult

    Actually there is a stylus that will work with iPhone

    Meade- your not talkn about the fantic X 4" mids are you? i still have a pair of those bad boys from back in the day.

    probably not, since it said "1 of a kind"

    Nope These are one of a kind 4" power mids. There are only 2 prototypes on the world and steve has them... outside of the 2 that RF has :D

    The mids are way sexy i got to handle them when i went over there earlier this week.

    The amp rack is the hotness! All those fans should definitely do the trick too! I do have a question about the loudness of the fans. I know all of that will be in the back, so that should keep them pretty far away from earshot- and they will be under vanity panels I take it. Just curious if you expect to be able to hear them? (not over the system tho!!!)

    I went over and checked the amp rack out today. you would never know there where fans back there.
