I think you should tell them you didn't like how the enclosure they built for you turned out, but you should still go with the 12's and show them that a w7 isn't the only woofer that could get loud.

I downloaded a song off of iTunes once and I played it on my last system and it blew the coils on my 2 12s, I'm not really sure if it was the songs fault but that's what happened to me once.

i guess it could be both, before i had anything to hold it though, it was when i turn a corner usually it would slide. I think the shti blows those brackets off though lol
Well the brackets you have on it look tiny on that box, do you have a pic that shows your whole trunk?
Well even if you don't, what I was thinking is that you could push your box until it's leaning on one of your trunk walls and then practically fill the opposite side with brackets, or you could put a few bigger one.

When does it slide, when your driving or when you bump?
Cuz when I had my system going (Two 12") my box didn't slide around when I drove and I'm pretty sure your box and sub weighs about twice what mine did.
But if you still need to brace it try bigger l brackets.

who still uses bearshare? frostwire is the way to go.
It has worked pretty good for me so I'm sticking with it for now.
And I tried FrostWire and I felt like it was just another name for LimeWire and I had bad times with LimeWire.

all she did was allow file sharing via kazaa... sad part is you can disable that feature so no one can upload
most of the court cases involve not just downloading a song, but downloading it then allow it to be shared with others...
think of it this way:
cops dont care much if you smoke weed in ur home by yourself in small amounts
go to a dealer, get an ounce and distribute that, and they care alot more about it because you are enabling others to break the law
How can we know if we have that feature disabled of not, do we just check on each songs properties?

I think that is out of hand, I mean why fine an individual so much, I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't be able to get even half that much money in the lady's whole lifetime....I think their argument about the prices of songs on iTunes was good, and they should have just charged her for the price of the song or something along those lines.

Well I hope it really was that he was in the hopital (not that I want anything bad to happen to anyone) instead of him trying to rip you off....but I think you should have him e-mail you the tracking number as soon as he gets it as proof that he sent your item out.

yes you have to reverse polarities no matter what it;s like a push pull situation
Oh alright, I get it, don't know how I missed the whole "Push Pull" concept in it.

how ever your going to wire them, switch the wires, if you got 2 dual 4 ohm and both are inverted, wire them normally, if you have 1 inverted and 1 normal, wire the inverted backwards
it will be pos to neg instead of pos to pos.. and neg to pos.. instead o neg to neg
if just 1 is inverted, you need to reverse how its wired, so on the pic, you take the right sub, and take the pos thats going to the pos in the 2nd pic and wire it to the negative and the negative from the right sub and put it on the pos...
if both are inverted, wire it just how that is, *if you have d4 ohm that is and your trying to achieve a 1 ohm load
Ok, I get it now....but one last question, would I still need to reverse the polarities if the subs are each getting their own amp?

The woofers I'm gonna use are dual voice coils, so i would get the two possitives and connect them to the negative on the amp or what do you mean?
And if I invert both subs then I just hook them up the usual way?

I'm thinking about doing that and yesterday I asked if it was only possible with certain subs, and they told me it doesn't matter what sub you use, that it's possible. But I read some more about it and I read that "you have to reverse the polarity on the inverted subs" and I was woundering if that was true, and if it is then how do I do that?

the length i have is 61'' the bottom is 11.5'' the top would be 7.5'' and thats at 13.5'' high.. (side looks liek a triangle) not sure if you know what i mean hope you guys understand though?
I know what you mean, and that just reminded me of amost of the pre fab truck boxes and I just wanted to throw if out there so here it goes, the pre fab box I saw was a buddy of mine's kicker box and his box had the port coming out of the side, so that's another option.

Why would it turn out bad though.
I mean he did pay them to make him a box, he didn't like it so he had another one built and was more please, and he's bumping hard now.
I don't see anything wrong with any of that. And it's not like the shop could tell him what to do with HIS car's system.
The only thing I could think of that might cause a problem is if they had sponsored him and he's still suppose to be rockin' their product.
