  1. Alright so I plan on buying a 15" Fi BL and I have the option of dual 1 ohm or dual 2 ohm

and I'm not sure which one to pick, like if I were to pick a dual 1 ohm setup, what type of

amp would I run with that? Same with the dual 2 ohm. Sorry for being complete noob

but I'm still learning stuff and if anyone could give me a brief explanation I'd appreciate it.

Oh and I guess I might as well ask what type of amp would you guys recommend, I'm looking to run

it at about 1000-1200watts since I'm running stock electrical. Thanks for your time!

i would upgrde your electrical either way but i would run the duel 2 if your only doing one sub that way you can wire your amp down to 1 ohm and get a good mono block amp that puts out around 1000 watts at 1 ohm like audioque 1200 or sundown 1500 or a rockford t1k or something like that

  2. Went 35% in the front and 35% over the factory tint in the back. Still illegal up front thanks to Minnesota tint laws, but doesn't look as dark as you think.

I like the looks of it.

lookin good. im doing my blazer soon. doin 20 in the front and 20 over the factory 20 in the rear. i dont care much for the laws in new york. i'll only be illigal in the front seats

  3. you can but it will make it darker. most factory tint is around 20% so if you do 20 over that it will make them around 10% but it depends on the vehicle and darkness of the tint. to answer your question yes tyou can. but it will be much darker

  4. but even so, thats 200 amps at higher rpms, most generic alts do shit at idle.. if you want idle voltage your gonna have to give it up to Iraggi DC power or mechman or maybe ohio generator, i havent messed with them yet

    140 at idle, 200+ at 2000 rpm

EDIT: ac delco is not generic they make every alternator on a gm and i believe most american cars including government vehicles.

  5. If I remember correctly, the largest AC Delco alt for passenger automobiles is 135amp. And that's for an F-350. I could be wrong though.

acdelco makes a 200 amp for the larger vehilcle, hummer with 6.0 engine tow trucks ambulances and what not. thats the one i have on my blazer. they share the same bolt patern and plug as the cs130.

disconet your batteries and test them to see your resting voltage. you could have a bad battery
