  1. Thanks guys, and yea...I just lowered the blade on the table saw to cut about .25-.375" deep and a blades-width into the piece. Then just have a flathead screwdriver with you when carpeting to tuck it into these grooves and run the razor blade along down in there to make a clean cut.
  2. Top went on and everything traced from the inside of the enclosure so that I can make accurate predrill holes.. Holes drilled.. Top on while I had some wire out for some reason..? I think I was just looking at it, lol
  3. Other 45 insert in.. Other 2 45's cut.. Port walls and front baffles getting mounted.. Smaller port pieces and last 45's in..
  4. Center devider in Port elbox inserts.. Primed Painted Paint drier Corner insert in Other side on Primer Painted Drier
  5. Rabbeted the edges of the side panels for easier/better carpeting later.. Side panel on (just clamped it down and will add screws tomorrow, I prefer doing this with those rabbeted edges) Cutouts.. Attaching the first port pieces to the sides of the front baffles.. (In the last few pics I realized I forgot one of the screws holding the panels together)
  6. Alright this enclosure will be for 94delsol for a pair of 12's. Specs come to: -1.875 cubes net per sub -38hz tuning -33.6875 sq inches of port area per sub A look at the design:
  7. Thanks And here are a few final pics of the port in and mounted along with the terminal..
  8. Alright, it's carpeted and finished up.. A few more pics after the port and terminal cup are mounted...
  9. Resin.. Just need to clean it up a bit and get it carpeted and then the exterior pieces of the port will go in..more tomorrow night
  10. Thanks I'll have the port a bit later today and hoping to have this structurally done by tonight
  11. Because this is all of the space he has and it's darn close to 7 sq inches of port per cube, which is a ratio many people use for aero port area...and anymore port area and it couldnt be tuned low at all due to length constraints for the port(s), which was his main goal (to tune low)
  12. Alright, this enclosure will be for Scapelli's pair of 12's which will most likely be Nightshades iirc. Specs come to: -4.3 cubes net -6" aero port -30hz tuning Got a bit done tonight, pieces cut and edges of the side panels rabbeted for ease of carpeting later.. Back on.. Side on.. More as it happens
  13. Thanks. And you'd crap yourself seeing my shop sub's enclosure lol, it's got a 13" 45 haha
