  1. Thanks guys.

Fosgate: Im not sure what you mean by how im going to seal it..? :(

Decaf: Mostly because I went back and forth with him a couple times adjusting depth, he wanted it as shallow as possible so I saved myself a headache and just snaked it on one side rather than worry about mounting depth

And I got it structurally done today, carpeting within a day or so (just need to get to parts express)

Baffles mounted along with the port pieces attached to them..

  2. Alright, this enclosure will be for a pair of 18" RE MT's getting plenty of power :)

It comes to 5.6 cubes net and will have an interchangeable port wall a lot like my old enclosure to test out different port setups. It's nice and shallow to keep under the window line for SS No-Wall...hopefully you see a gain, Rob

    Getting started..

  3. Thanks guys. I knocked down the edges on the port pieces but I just moved to this shop and havent even seen my router bits anywhere, so knocked down the corners with sandpaper :( not the best but not terrible

Got the top put on today and it cleaned up a little...still a little sloppy..need to clean it up more tomorrow and then the suede can begin..

And again, the overhang will get taken care of as well.

  4. Alright, got the double-layered baffle made with both the mounting hole and countersink hole cut out tonight. Didn't want to put it on immediately because I wanted the glue to dry where the sliver's of mdf are glued together (the pieces held together by the two smaller clamps)

  5. ^Thanks. And yea, I've got a good handful of the 36" ones but mainly like 12-14 of the 24" ones

Not much was done today due to my schedule and I had to run a bunch of wood to the shop to stock up and also to start making a couple work benches (and an island to do carpeting on)

But I got 2 of the 45 degree inserts cut real quick while I was there briefly

Little bit of wood :) (OoOoh, clamps)

Tomorrow I should be headed to the shop before work to get some work done and then i'll be working after work as well (and no work tuesday, so plenty of progress then :))
