  1. Have to try it and see all you have to do is redesign the port.
  2. When you build your own box you can tune it to what you want doesn't have to be their box or port design. So pretty much your looking for subs front port front right.
  3. Are you using D3 -6 or 9 what Hz are you looking for 30-35 or 40-45?
  4. I use window blocks but it doesn't stop vibrations. I would say you could mod it BP glass
  5. If you have a friend that has a termlab meter I guess you could check. But just to say I can't because I'm not going to lie to you.
  6. Wall will work but so will subs up port side or back
  7. I cant say yes or no. But this is what has happened to me I fried my good amp and I'm on a back up 600 watt that's not even close to the power I need and my lights will dim a little if it was me I would do it as soon as possible I'm not running my system right now because of it its always better to do it the right way once than to do it 10 times the wrong way. When it comes to that end I'm out of my zone I am more of a box and sound damping guy people do it all the time and get away with it for a while but it will catch up to you. It did me and cost me a 400 dollar cluster. Just some things to think about before you do it.
  8. Yes I have to do it my self I have not done anything of that nature before but it seems easy to do they call it the big 3 upgrade you might want to consider a HO alternator and some battery's as well.
  9. I run in MECA as well you can get a 150DB easy first thing to try is dynmat in the whole back of the car you should get a 150 out of that with dyna but if not this will put you in the X class but you will get a 150 build in MDF block outs block from your back latch then up the back glass and sides it will also depend on the degree of the block outs on how the pressure is put the front windshield I got the block out idea from a guy in mod x its not pretty but it works if you need examples on block outs I have quiet a few laying around I can send you pictures via email. I'm testing a few new ideas with block outs when I get the numbers I'll get back to you on the DB gain as of now the most I have gotten was a gain of 3DB
  10. That amp runs 800x1 at 2 ohm And it runs 1500x1 at 1 ohm The subs say 600 watt rms and 1200 watt peak I would say you could run a 1 or 2 ohm load and be fine. You could most likely run a .5 ohm on a burp for comps but I have lost more than a few amps this way. If you go with the dual 2's you can run 2 or .5 ohm. parallel = .5 ohm and series/parallel = 2 ohm If you go with the dual 4's you can run 1 or 4 ohm. parallel = 1 ohm and series/parallel = 4 ohm Hope this helps
