  1. Alot of the FLSPL guys will love to give you a demo, I'll see whos around tmrw
  2. Mine stopped lighting up after less than a month of having it, I ripped it out of my car and threw the piece of shit out of the window.
  3. Exactly as pictured. I have yet to measure an SPL difference between a wide and tall roll -- for the record -- not even 0.1 dB Tall rolls are more aesthetically pleasing, but my man, a concave cone would set that bad boy off...
  4. My buddy has a MA Audio HK 4000d that puts out a bit more than 2000 @ 2 ohms. Hes looking to get about 400. If your interested let me know, not a bad choice because if you ever decide you want more power you will always have it on tap.
  5. Glad I got it to you in one piece! Hope no deadlines were missed because of the wait, any questions let me know. Take care!
  6. its the cut off line of the projectors, and as they hit a bump/go over uneven road, the light is aimed at different angles and seems to be changing colors. happens on range rovers alot.
  7. That is interesting, I always wondered why David and Jacob used 6 spokes.
  8. Well what are they my friend?
  9. The leads look fine, any chance the small connection from the voice coil wire to the lead is broken?
  10. Perhaps I don't exactly know, I've heard over load but open loop makes more sense. I wonder what it could be.
  11. One of my coils recently went bad out of no where (was not thermal failure, sub was receiving a clean 900 watt signal.) and was curious how much recones usually go for? I would email Jake but I send him almost an email a day and I'm trying to not clog up his inbox. It was a dual 1 ohm 56mm coil with extra stiff spiders. The odd thing is one coil reads fine on the multimeter, but the other side that reads OL, or over load.
  12. Beautiful, could you explain the purpose of the aluminum ring and the machining in the top/bottom plates?
