  2. Best Box For A Small Trunk (Honda Civic)

    So I am looking into buying a 1997 honda civic ex coupe has a small trunk, so if it wont fit, i will not consider this car.

    I need help for a box design for 1 15" btl, sub up, port back. I am trying to do 3.75-4 cubes at 35 hz and i dont think i can do sub/port facing back. Here are the dimensions a website gave of the trunk, and no i dont want to wall =]. If this doesnt work, i might get a DX Coupe, or maybe LX/DX sedan, they have same width, but much bigger opening and wheel well to back area is around 18 inches. The depth is around 36 inches too (guesses).

    So here are the dimensions

    Total trunk= around 13 cubic feet

    Height= 16 inches

    Width= 46 inches

    Width Opening=38 inches

    Opening= 20 inches

    Wheel Well Area to back of trunk= 12 inches

    Depth= 30 inches

    and to give an idea of space, 2 sony xplod 12's sealed took up almost the entire width of my friend's civic ex trunk

    The reason that they did that is to prevent clipping, most people wont need a +15 Gain, unless you have like a .2 Volt preout, which most if not all are much above that nowadays, I looked at your HU specs and you have 4 volt Pre outs and from looking at the Sundown Max Preout voltage is 6 volts, so you should be fine with the +6 gain, and I dont think there is any easy way to mod the increase, you would have to open up the amp and would have to be very knowledgeable to be able to change it, but bottom line IMO you dont need a +15 gain, for you situation.

    lol i think its all a bunch of :bsflag: cuz there has been 3 predictions before, and claims that even the bible states it. Joel Osteen, pastor of Church in texas was on Larry King, actually got a phonecall asking if we are going to die in 2012, he says god never stated that in the bible, he stated that he will appear back to life some day, nothing says world will end. Also there was a interview on NG Channel with a person whos ancestors were mayan saying that the world wont end, december 21st 2012 is just when a new era starts, possibly the re appearing of their god (s). Plus all most mayans got killed before they made the new calander

    Then I guess you might as well believe it. Due to the fact that quite a few people live in canada, plus there is a lot of land, "something" is bound to happen.

    For example. I shall now channel my psychic abilities to make some predictions for you guys that will be from now until this time next year.

    #1 Something is going to happen in washington dc.

    #2 Something major will be in the news about a celebrity.

    #3 Someone is going to get a couple days vacation for being a noob on SMD

    #4 Obama will show up on tv.

    See? its not that hard.

    lol but he was specific and said "president" or "terrorist attack," i dont ever remember canada having a terrorist attack....its not like saying, baghdad is gonna have a car bomb tomorrow, its totally diff, but im still skeptical

    Yea all my neighbors are cops and they are the same way i have actually installed some systems in some of their personal rides. They dont mind me banging as long as I dont do it residentially they told me the open road was fair game but also respect the stoplights which im straight with

    i guess thats the law everywhere (unless its a small town with less than 10000 people)

    I will be the cop that if i do pull someone over who is bumping it will be for other reasons but i will verify their system b4 they leave and if they are interested recruit them to my team LOL LOL :clapping:

    lol, we need more people like u around....but there are some cool cops around here, my friend said one stopped him and actually was like "What do you have in there, it sounds loud!" so he was just like, "just keep it down, your in a residential area"

    lol Lamb of God is the shit, and not to mention there from VA as well. but u can't compare them to DWP, two different styles of music haha.

    but im telling you there new cd is totally different then there old shit, check out a few songs just for shits and giggles.

    btw I know this isnt the new Devil Wears, its Suicide Silence, sick shit.

    I think all those people in that arena wasted their money lol
