  1. Well i'll put more detail in now lol. Thanks David, The Amp has to be new as im going to use it in UK, i cant return it for warranty so i'd need a new amp not refurb so it will last me as long as possible lol as i cant get repairs here in uk (well i can but probly at the cost of the amp it self), Thanks DC im considering your offer still. As david said, if i could get one of the mod's/Trust worthy members who i can trust to buy and send me one, i dont mind paying them for the hassle i will cause, so i'll pay for amp, Shipping and i'll put in some extra $$ for the person himself. David you think this might work? Well i know i can get more out of my Subs, but i can't get the right amp here. Thanks in advance
  2. hiya, I want either one, Hifonics XXV Closus or Goliath, The only thing is i need this shipped to UK. Whats the prices like, i have a rough idea from ebay but no shops on there ship to UK. Also may be intrested in a 0-gage wiring kit and a small amp for componets/tweeter, but thats for later however i need the hifonic amp asap! lol thanks for reading.
  3. Its funny to read this tonight, becuase just literally 2 hours ago on my way back from work, had my subs pounding with my rear seats down so i get all the cones moving, (2 facing up/2 facing seats) and a boy racer was on the right lane and swerved in to the left to overtake another car from the left which is highly illigal here. Any how so he doesnt hit my car i slammed the brakes hard and i had my back panels (Plastic) thet rest over my box to hold it in fly out. The funny thing is i rewired today and couldnt be bothered to screw 4 screws back in place, and that lazyness could of cost me my subs/amps. well i hope it dont happen to any of you guys.
  4. anyone still? Also at the moment im intrested in either a JBL 6000 Gti or a RFT4000.1..... Comments more than welcome.
  5. Im thinking of buying the JBL A6000gti from a SMD Member at a price tag of 1,900.... JBL All the way hehehe but still have to sort out a deal. Lol Also we not using Euro. Its still Pounds (Sterling) lol ££££ FTW! its around £250 quid. As £1 = $2.06
  6. YUP! thanks, however its making me shit out bricks to even try to get one. LMAO... First when i didnt seem intrested in one because it costs £800 the audio shop said £550 is the last price they can do. Now that im intrested, they told me only just 2 weeks later that the amps price from thier suppliers went up and that they can now only supply at £700 when thier shop price is still £800 as usual. Bastards pissin me about.
  7. I was trying to get the JBL BPX2200.1 but no luck so i thought for the same price i could probly pick a Hifonics Goliath up. Instead of buying from amazon if there are any members who are audio shops on here and can supply me with an amp then i will be so greatful and ready to make a deal. However the only catch is that the amp is to be sent to UK - London, Amazon does send but i thought i'd give smd members and rather do business with them. Hope this is right section for this. Thanks.
  8. i have 4 pioneer 3000spl's running at 300rms @4ohm and i can flex shop fronts (windows) and other cars next to mine in traffice... Soul Survior - Akon ft .....
  9. Download Itunes and save it to desktop, then once the file is downloaded Double click the file to install it. Maybe autorun isnt working. Any how try that and tell me how it goes....
  10. I got 2 15's in, yes box was small... but still it sounded pretty decent. Well if you want to go loud, then go for 3 15's SEALED. Smaller Box and you could put them in Offset so you should just about be able to get 3 in..... Just an idea.
  11. Talking from experience i would say that 2 15" subs will get lower and should be just about enough space to port it aswell, im stuck with 4 12's now and i cant even fit amplifiers in to power them to thier full potential. i would recomend 2 15's.
  12. im running 4 12inch 1000rms pioneer subs on 2 JBL gto1201.1 amps. Basically the subs are seeing around 350 rms each becasue the gto amps are rated at 787watts rms at 4 ohm. i wired 2 subs in to 4 ohm load so im not really getting enough power. How ever i saw this amp and wanted to ask as i can get this amp if it will help imporove system. The JBL BPX 2200.1 says it can put 2200 in to 2 ohms and can be wired parallel and if this is the case, then i could wire 2 subs to the amp, indiviudally, so briged it will be 1100watts rms per sub at 2 ohm as the subs will be wired parallel. Any how here is the link to the amp so u can see the info, http://www.amamax.com/fshjblblbp22.html Here is the link to my subs, http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product_m-...spl_p-21989.htm Any how i need advice/info from you guys as i know u guys know 1000x more than me... Help appricated. Thank You...
  13. Just tired googling the lyrics from the sample, thats how i usally find songs, but nope, nothing, Try see if you can get a longer sample.... thanks
  14. i'll try explain, displacment is when you put ur sub in the box, how much air space is left, basically the dimentions of your sub. You could get this info by finding the specs of your subs online, and that would help..
  15. Ok! lol I've had 2 15's and 4 12's..... To be honest i think the 15's got lower, however, the 4 12's are currently running at 1/3 the power they can handle and it sounds awsome. If you got the space, Defo go for 2 15's ported. if sealed, and u can fit 4 12's go with tht, if not then 2 15's
  16. where abouts from UK are you mate? Also as mentioned above is airspace going to be enough? im sorry i cant help with the port length still trying to learn that process.... Give it some time i reckon you'll get an answer sooner or later
  17. I knooowwww but i like the attention i get (even though its negative) when im bumping hard and turning heads.... Also just noticed something, it doesnt band hard AT ALL UNLESS Both driver and passenger side windows are fully open, and even better when i park and open the doors the low's get EVEN Lower? Why is this? (sealed Box)
  18. i Would love to, but shipping them then cost more than what i can get them here for, also there is a risk of getting cuaght by HM Customs, and pay extra.
  19. LoL i just want it to be loud... lol any alternatives without losing a sub? i dont mind porting them again at its current stage, if need be i'll drill 2 more holes and put 2 more 3" ports.
  20. He said the box is fine if it stays sealed. the subs are recomended sealed. Features TS-W3004SPL Frequency response 18 - 700 Hz Sensitivity (1W/1m) 89 dB Recommended sealed enclosure (Litres) 24.1 - 49.5 Lowest resonance frequency (Hz) 26.2 Maximum input power 3.000 Watt Nominal input power 1.000 Watt Woofer size (cm) 30 cm Dual 4Ω voice coils: 2 or 8Ω Yes How can i get louder? lol thanks for the input James!
