Just thought I would post my recent results from these plugs. horsepower gains I'm not sure on. but I gaind 5 mpg just from adding these plugs. "E3 diamond fire" they are kinda spendy $5 bucks a peice, but 5mpg well worth the money and 30 minutes to put them in. I drive a 1999 Grand am se with 3.4L k&n air filter and the E3 spark plugs. I was getting 26 mpg tested it last night with new plugs now 31mpg
