I want to thank everyone.I was contacted by the owner of the store he said he is taking care of it.

He replied to my pm stating that he has replied any time hes been contacted and he said he told him he had a "high profile" client that was taking up his time until the 16th. 8 days ago. oh and he said that he offered to send back the woofer he was sent originally.
Wow he not once stated any of this.Everytime I try to contact him he ignored me.he never once offered to send my sub back.I have nothing to lose nor would I lie.

When someone is doing shit like this its ok to stir shit up. OP If I were you I'd post this on every message board car audio related he was on. This is bullshit. If you did the deal with him four weeks prior to posting this he's now seven weeks out from the deal. Ive now pmed him. If he does not respond once again I will work with you to file internet fraud charges and get the authorities involved so chris if you are reading this and you dont want to deal with the law knocking on the door of the shop you supposedly own I suggest you find a way to make it right immediately.
I think you know by now that I dont play around and I don't appreciate someone trying to jerk a dude around for two months. You sent other people their stuff but yet you refuse to make this one right. A little cooperation and communication goes a long way and so far yours sucks.
Well I am trying to be an adult and posting on other site would be childish so Idk.but thanks for the help let's hope we don't have to take it further

Mine is doing same thing I cleaned out where terminals go there was dirt down there try that.I don't know why mine would have a dead cell.!
