ya, im strapped for cash is all. figured this would be a temporary fix for that ha -
its a 2000 f150 paintin it straight black in the winter should i put a clearcoat on after the last coat of the nite shades? i should do like 5 coats....i just want it blacked out completely

ya, im getting the 60" fire and ice led light bar for the bottom of my rear window. use that as my tail lights

ya...idk. im really looking to get them to be straight black without having to do the metal work ya know? maybe ill just end up buying the blackout covers and then disconnecting the tail lights.

getting my truck painted in december....wanting to find a cheaper way to black out the tail lights....how does it look with the gloss paint just laid over the lights like the rest of the truck?

so i have a 2000 f150 with a 5x135 bolt pattern, but i would LOVE to have the 2crave alloy #4 wheels. im not sure if they have the same pattern as my truck or not. can anyone help? or can someone suggest wheels like them with my pattern? http://www.2cravealloys.com/wheel_4c-1.htm thanks

Ford decided to put those damn black dots around the edges of their windshields so i cant tint my f150 without it looking like shit for one, and two, obvious to the cops! dammit!!!!

Ford made the 97-03 F150s with the black plastic trim around the back window and on the front bumper...is there any way to sand that or something so it can be painted?

well if ur just going for the look, then yes, get the xenons. sylvania makes them white...yes. but they just didnt meet my expectations......hence the fact that i got HIDs

i used to have xenon bulbs from sylvania in my truck..couldnt stand them. yes, they are more "white" than the stock bulbs...but it didnt seem like they covered nearly as much as they advertised. i have 8000k HIDs in now with 25 cluster LED signal bulbs, and it looks shit hot. id go with HID's, its money well spent.
