    i have the kinetik 600 and a high output iraggi alt and to be honest it still isnt enough for me. i still drop to high 13 and sometimes 12's. my system in sig

    just tighten it down and solder all connection in the box except the speaker leads of course

    ok if u test the speaker wire and u get a voltage going up and down check the ohm load at the amp again just to make sure they r still good and no wires came loose

    and with your meter set on ac u dont get anything with music playing? sounds like a signal problem do u have a second amp u can use to test all your wiring is correct?

    100 cuz the small hole can be patched and dustcap isnt a big deal. id throw the box out and build one out of mdf or just keep them for a side project
