ok i was lookin at a aq hdc3 18. it looks alot like a dd. im sure its cuz they r made by the same ppl right? idk the wires as leads instead of connectors just looks ugly and cheap but im more interested in performance. how do these subs or dd sound. my other options ar fi bl 18. or dc lv4 18.

well if u take out the rca's it shuts off. so its grounding through the rca some how. no ground to your deck at all? does it mount to metal in the dash?

yea whats wrong with that? it says the specs on fi that this sub needs 5 to 8 in a ported box

is your antenna to your deck still plugged in. cuz sometimes it can use your antenna as a ground. a bad one but a ground non the less

ok guys so im ordering a fully loaded bl 18. its going in a 8 cube box where the backseat in a 96 monte carlo used to be. its getting 1400 rms. tuned to 30 hz. trunk sealed off. any guesses to what my tl score should be?
