-

If it is that important get a rubber mallot and get to work if it bent it can unbend if you don't want to spend any extra money. I don't think a basket will run that much.
-
did you recieve money from the fedex claim?
x2
i see nothing wrong with the subx2 it actually LOOKED good to me in the video and since it has not been tested what is the problem?

site bashing?
but in a realism, this thread wont get pinned. itll probably end up being locked.
didn't mean it that way, but that is my opinion and I apologize for the bash. Lock it for all I care there has been talk about bandwidth and I just tried to help, but it took a mod to be a little too childish for me. But sorry for trying to help AKA "Ass Kissing"
I never asked to pin this nor did I force anyone to. I just left it at a thing called a suggestion. lol man lol
-
 Enough already tripleb. Lately all your threads are like ass kissing threads. We all know what your going to say, "Its a new year, so im starting off with a clean slate." whatever........ There have been many threads like this, what makes you think this thread needs to be pinned? I think the thread should be closed, NOT PINNED. It has already been proven (sadly) that know matter how many thread we have with tons of info for it, 5 minutes later someone will ask a question in which the answer is in the thread right below it......
Wow I am honestly doing my best not to offend anyone with harsh words or anything like that and I am ass kissing? Wow maybe I should say F you right? It is a new year and I want it to be that way. Honestly I have NO need to kiss anyones ass here FYI and you are a super moderator? lol I just tried to help honestly and you came to me like a immature kid on Ca.com. IMO but watch, I will be the bad guy right? Respect goes both ways man.

Ok I have been watching threads about what is___? or I don't know what ____means, etc. So I made this thread to let the audio brains tell the up and coming car audio brains what they need to know. So I will throw out some common topics and I would like for the BRAINS, and GURUS, etc. to let us know what they mean and some other topics that may come to your minds. PLEASE DON'T post if you are not answering a common question. No need to post here unless you are answering a question that is commonly mistaken. So here it goes:
Common topics:
What is imp rise? How does it work?
What are pre outs?
What is baffle?
What is the big 3?
Why do you need to upgrade electrical?
these are just a few but are not limited to these questions. Everyone can ask questions in here just don't post dumb posts to up the post count. Please techs and gurus answer the questions as simple as possible. This is an attempt to help this site keep down the bandwidth and keep running w/out these same questions being asked over and over again. So feel free to pin this if you all want.

The 18's are a go. lol They have a spot reserved.
-
26's do eet pusssyyyyy
i double dog dare you!!
lol
I think you could do 24's or even 26's on your ride if you wanted. They would fit and you wouldn't need to put such thin tires since it's an suv and you have kind of a lot of room in the wheel wells.
I feel ya
A full size SUV is made to haul things and tear stuff up IMOIf it was a mini SUV then I would say RimsAndSlamIt.
Edit: Thought we were talking about an Avalanche so I changed to the approiate word. My statements still stand.
lol at tear stuff up
-
HECK NAW!!! lol I am cautious thinking about putting 24's on it
-
I've got 24's and I didn't notice a HUGE loss in ride quality
35 series tires and its still a nice ride
I love lifted trucks like that avalanche but would never see myself doing it
well after the trouble it looks like it would cause I don't think I will be doing that either. Dang I wanted to, but not for that much money and worry.
-
well im assuming your truck is IFS so a good 6" lift will cost you a fair amount of money. and not to mention you will be going htrew ball joints, tierod ends, and wheel bearings much faster.. and once you run the 35" tire you will want to do some re gearing so you dont cook you tranny!
I have been reading and I just read this while searching and I think I will be doing 22" rims instead of 24" rims due to the amount of traveling I will be doing. A lot of people say "Big truck=Big rims, but forget weight and the important things in a vehicle. So I think 22's will be my way of passage.
-
Ok decision time. Income tax is around the corner and I am thinking 24" rims, or 6" lift kit with 35" tires on 16" rims. I am leaning more towards the lift because I get tired of seeing everybody's trucks on rims and also I hate that the new Ford F250 STOCK sits higher than my truck. So For those who have either rims or lift kits on their rides tell me which one rides more comfortably. Oh yeah which one is better for road trips (7+ hour trips) I am thinking about black on black kinda like this http://www.socaltrucks.com/forsale2/viewlisting.php?view=611, but with a black grill guard and maybe black lights. The bad part is garage parking. FTL Is there a way to get past this?

I have been a big fan of the saw series since the debut, but saw 6 kinda threw me off. Usually I can see where saw is going, but this one didn't even make since. Of course it was thrilling and had a lot of suspense, but it kinda sucked to me. I expected a lot more from this saw because saw 5 had a lot of opened ended questions. I am still a fan of saw, but I think it should have answered more questions. For example the end of saw 5. Another thing is that we all know that the woman in saw 5 that survived.....I think, was jigsaw's wife. It is almost as if saw 5 didn't exist. Anyone else on this?
-
thanks didn't know that

What up SMD. Happy New Year. I am making this thread to start a new slate with EVERYONE on here. I don't want ANY enemies on here and I am looking to have fun and grab advice for my new build. So if I have offended ANYONE on here in ANY way I want to apologize for that. 2009 is over and 2010 is in so let's start with a clean slate. Going to my close aunts funeral the day after Christmas hit me hard and made me realize that life is too short to trip on small stuff, so I am holding no hard feelings and I look forward to this new year. SMD FTW

dang it looks good to me. No one has heard of this brand out of all these car audio experts? Dang that may not be a good sign
