These are Dual 4. I doubt they make them like this anymore. I knew someone who bought all this stuff new in 2006 and never used any of it. I'm going to be looking for 2 more 12s or maybe even 2 matching HE2 15s and another 851s. "Bass I love you" really seems to make them move a lot but it doesn't seem to put out much sound where lots of other songs have way more sound and feel but don't have nearly the excursion. I also have a Digital audio DA4075W to run the door speakers, is it any good? I got a great deal on it too, i just need some good door speakers before I wire it up.

Its a pretty crappy video but I'm afraid to let anyone else drive the Explorer if they can't even hold the camera still haha

Thanks, I'm going to clean up the wiring you can see running next to those 8's they were sort of thrown in as an after thought but I like them. Also, The explorer is Lowered 2" with 22" wheels if anyone wonders.

The 8's are facing forward behind the rear seat. The box they are in is a ported truck box I had built when I had my F350 and I didn't sell it with the truck, it seemed to fit perfect here haha Voltage at the amps at an idle And here are 2 of the truck the system is in ALSO Don't mind the dust, Its my DD and tomorrow I'm spending the day wiping everything down.

To answer the earlier question, yes I did set it with a DMM, I dont have an o-scope anywhere close so its the best I could do. And thanks for the compliments guys, I'm uploading some pictures of the stuff and the truck too for now. Also, Thanks for adding my video!

Here is a short video of my system in my Explorer. I wanted 4 12s but found a really great deal on this older rockford stuff that was all brand new still. I have a Power 851S running the HE2 12s and a Power 551S running some lil JL 8W0. The next step is going to be a better box, I'm already in the planning stages for that so hopefully I'll post a build soon. When it blew the first fuse he turned it down a little and then we blew the next one a few minutes later.

Ok, I'll be on the hunt today for a 100A to try. So no one thinks the protection light coming on has anything to do with this problem? Where is a good place to buy some bigger wire from and have it shipped?

Sorry I should have said, d4. I agree he needs more power but why did it work fine for a week? Could a larger ported box actually make the amp draw more power?

A friend has a T1000BD and 2 T1 15"s. He just reinstalled it after getting a new box for his truck. He hooked it all up and had switched the + and - on one voice coil. When he turned it on the protection light came on and he shut it off and fixed the problem. Now when we hook it up it worked for a few minutes until we turned it up and then it blew the 60amp fuse in the 4GA power wire. We blew 2 other fuses after that, another 60 and a 40. It previously had worked with the 4ga and the 60 amp fuse. Now it will work for a few minutes and blow more fuses...Does anyone have any ideas? I think the fuse is too small but I'm afraid to tell him to put a bigger fuse in and risk causing more damage than whats already been done.
