Okay so it's suppose to be 40 but this stupid cheap AC meter only shows up to 15.6 so I'm like WTF. Am I setting it wrong or something? I have this one from Harbor Freight. Should I set the knob to the 200 or 750 on AC? I'm only gettin up to 15.6 and all my gains are up now. WTF! Oh yeah, could it be my capacitor that's messing up the reading too?

So I bought an AC Volt meter and I'm going by the JL Audio clipping/sensitivity thing on how to set your amp gains. http://mobile.jlaudio.com/support_pages.php?page_id=143 I went out and bought a cheap AC Volt Meter from Harbor Freight ($2.99) and I want to set mines. First off, I need to download the 50HZ test tone but do I DL the 0db one or regular one? Can someone link me to the right one to DL? Next, can someone tell me what the desired Voltage would be at 2 ohms? Thanks. I have the PCX1000D

NY tags, yup. Paint rims? I scuffed them, primered them, then painted them black. Dupli Color has some rim paint. So far it's been holding up good although I did use 2 cans primer, 2 cans black and 1 can clear on it. What sucked is that the paint came off when I had the tires but on the rims but extra black paint left + index cards = PROFIT.

^ HOpefully the 4 gauge gets here tomorrow, at least thats what it said on KnuKonceptz. I'll probaly end up buying some 0/1 soon. Anyone know the alt amps on an 01 impala 3.4l engine? Oh yeah, what size fuse? I'm looking at probably 150A.
