  1. should i check while playing music and the rcas in but no output to the subs?
  2. could having volts drop cause the amp to go in protect mode?
  3. amp goes right into protect still. could i have fried my amp while running it at too low of an independence?
  4. so i had a beat off comp on saturday and when i got home i found that my ground was loose so i tightened it. also i had it bridged to 2 ohms and didnt realize it and i have 4 ohm subs :/. so they were working then the next day it started going into protect after either a. turning it up to a certain point(18/33 volume) or sometimes as soon as it got a bassy part it would just go into protect. just today i realized dimming and that is an issue but i hooked the amp up to the rml, grnd, and 12v and worked fine then i added rcas and cranked the signal. still fine. hooked up one sub and did the same thing and it still went in protect. its a logic soundlab 1220. i either need A. a second battery, or B. a new amp. i cant tell what the problem is also i dont know if the power dipping could cause the amp to go in protect.
