the power and the ground are good. i'm thinking that it is probably the amp

yeah. i turned everything down on the amp and it works. if i give it even the slightest amount of power it seizes and wont push it

ok so i got new wires still wont come on unless i touch power to the remote. and if i give the sub power it cuts out and doesn't push anything.

i just tested the remote wire and it is bad. so im gonna get new wire.

well thats what i thought but neither of the lights were on. idk im about to go try it out

run the remote wire to the battery input terminal on the amp? nothing to the remote terminal?

yeah i felt it and it had some heat on it but i didn't think it was hot enough to overheat. thought maybe it did but i haven't tried it yet. so just run some of the remote wire to the battery?

i waas driving yesterday and my amp turned off so we checked all thewires and the amp came back on. but the amp turned off maybe half an hour later. all the wires are plugged in, we doublecheckedd them all, the amp just won't come on. anyone with any suggestions is a helpp thanks, fangstahh
