  6. I have about the same amount of power in my truck. I installed 1 S3400 under the hood and 3 D3400's in the back. Thats a little bit more than I need but I am also adding a second alt as soon as I have the money. Will probably have 2 - 300 amp alts in there when im done. I got those batteries during the XS group buy.

  15. Cant answer you about the power supply integration. As far as the setup goes I would keep the head unit as is. Run the output from the sound card of the PC to the AUX in jack of the head unit. Treat the PC just like you would an I Pod. Having to adjust the volume and EQ settings from a PC would wind up just being a pain in the ass. Much easier to do that from your deck. Just set the volume on you pc and leave it alone. I was thinking about using that same PC in my truck. Very small and packed with features. The included on board sound will probably sound pretty good out of the box and may save you a few bucks. I would at least try it out before getting an external unit. This is basically the same setup I use in my house. Desktop PC ran to my Receiver. I use the receiver to control all the EQ adjustments and volume. Use the pre out from the receiver to an amplifier to power my sub.
  16. When you get 2 in there and some more power Im sure you will be doing some :hairtrick:
  17. 2 layers of regular Damplifier would be good. 2 layers of Pro would be even better. Get enough to do the inside of your doors and the outside skin of your doors. I did 2 layers on the outside skin and one layer on the inside in my truck. You could also put some Luxury Liner on the back wall of the cab to help keep out road noise. I have Ensolite on mine and it helped a lot. If your sure 80 ft will do it then just order that. If not order some extra to save on shipping and sell whatever you have left over. Sound deadener always sells fast on the forums.
