yeah dude, just thank the cop bc that ticket is nothing compared to what some of us have to pay. its a $400 where im at at some places they give you $500 ticket and tow your car from the spot. i know the risk to, but hell everything fun in this world has a negative part to it. nothing new.
soon, the government is gone tell us we cant install speakers larger than like 6'' in a car. lmao ill be pimpin with mike damn 50 6'' subs hehe
:01nocomment8so:
damn well now i do consider myself lucky for only having to pay 104. and yea if that were to happen there would be people out there runnin a bunch of 6" subs lol
-
quit crying you pussy try paying over $700. after paying that off i got 2 tickets on the water jet skiin it up. i need to stay home and save my money literally.
well u just fucked up lol jk (o and not a pussy just throwin that in there)
-
Well it never gets me out of the ticket, but it is fun I have even gotten a few cops to laugh at what I say a few times. Like I say just have fun with it, it is the price we pay ( My last price was 139.00 in Santa Cruz) for the fun we have. Got to keep them eyes open, even if you don't think it is that loud LOL.
yea i guess i just wasn't paying attention ohh well. i just gotta be more careful. thanks bro
-
I use to frame them. I like to have fun with it, a cop asked me once "What do you think you are doing with your stereo that loud!" I said "Advertising, this is what I do I am an Automotive Acoustical Engineer." Another time a cop said "I'm not supsopse to be able to hear your car more than 50 Ft.. I can feel your car over 50 Ft.." I said "Thanks" LOL.
lol yea for some reason after every time i get a ticket or something, i always think of something creative that i could have said to get out of it but its to late lol.
-
well to be honest we dont want to hear it lol
yea lol shouldn't of even posted it
-
LOCK?
damn take it easy. im not crying about it just lettin off some steam. and it wasnt unlawfully i just happened to go by some officers issuing another ticket on a main road and some how they heard my sound and they came and got me. i was in my driveway and they pulled in right behind me. idk how they even heard it i dont think its that loud to be issued a citation but i was wrong lol
-
aight w/e just tryin to vent about it
-

shouldnt be a problem. RE calc isnt 100%, but it's fairly close. then with the slot port, just move it to the middle when building it.
EDIT: what will be going in the box? and what tuning are you looking to get?
yea thats what i was gonna do. its gonna be two 15in audiobahn flame compression subs. im lookin to do like in between SPL and SQ so around 32 Hz. i have a build started and some pics. its the 1976 f100 blowthrough. theres pics of the truck and subs in there
-
ah it's made from visual basic, so it will only work on windows
yea linux is a pain like that. but i think i can get5 the RE calculator to work. but maybe you can help me design the box
-
........dont bump topics like that either. you JUST posted it a minute ago. everyone isnt going to flock to your post, and it's not going to fall 100 pages behind. give it a while
aight. im just really anxious to get this build goin lol
-
? that should work for just about any box calculator. you use the dimensions to make the box big enough to fit the appropriate number/size of speakers. but check out my calculator the link to download is in my sig. it will do everthing you're looking to do
idk y but it wont work with my setup, i use Linux
-
-
i need a box calculator that can do more than one sub, sub size , and, can do the slot port in the middle
thanks

drain the oil and put a few quarts of transmission fluid and let it sit for a couple of days. then drain it and see if its good. a budy and i did that with his corolla and that worked nicely

how do u add pictures to posts
-
im using Linux right now. im using the ubuntu version 9.04. it takes some getting used to but i like it better than windows
-
go with that^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
looks great
whitch one, i was kinda leanin twards the audiopipe it seems perfect with good power ratings and such. but i hear alot more about the sundown amps idk.
-
the sundown is a great amp, i have one of the saz 3000s they will do got at half an ohm if you electrical backs it up. theres some 3000s on here for sale if you want to run one of those at 2 ohms and get some good power, then youll have room to upgrade subs down the road. the ones for sale are around 5 and 6 hundred. a little over your budget
yea if anything i will probably do something with a lot of power so if i do upgrade my subs i will already have a solid amp for the job you know. i was jus trying to find some cheap but good amps
-
i was thinkin that but i saw 4400
1100 per chanel and i was like maybe not then i looked at the specs and its like they dont wanna give you a straigh answer on the output
yea idk abotu that i was lookin ath the sundown saz-1500, and an audiopide amp they both looked nice
-
that legacy looks like a mids and highs amp to me...
yea i was lookin into it theres not much about it and yea i think ur right i like the audiopipe amp a lot though
got a ticket
