  1. Agreed. Those rims are badass but not really my taste for a truck.

Does anyone know where I can find used rims online? I've checked craigslist daily for months and have yet to find any. EBay has some really cheap rim/tire packages, but it kinda scares me to buy 20 inch rims with tires for 700 bucks. I have no intention of it being a show truck so I really don't need brand new 3000k dollar rims, just something cheap that may need to cleaned, maybe a few scuffs.

this is where i got my rims for my bimmer. hella cool dude answered all my questions asap and shipped really fast with each wheel individually packaged and did it well. i wouldnt be scared buying from him

  2. Not sure if your nephew is a hunter but make sure he never has that and a shotgun or firearm together in a vehicle its illegal. On a side note those are bright as hell man let me know how good it works I was looking at those on ebay a while back ive got a 5 million right now but I want to go bigger lol

go hid spotlight. i have one i had a thread about it here im too lazy to dig it up but its about 25million candle power and itll shoot a beam into the sky a few miles.

  3. those are wheels for a car not a truck. and they wouldnt look that good on it IMO... but thats just me

whats the difference between car wheels and truck wheels? it really depends on what look youre going for. for an offroad truck look then no these would look awful but if you want a street performance look with low pro tires then yeah these could potentially look pretty cool.

  4. i have some vip lookin wheels that you may like. they have a fat lip on them. 20x10 5x114.3 with a -13offset

    im looking for 750+shipping

edit: i wanted to put these on my gs but i want a staggered setup so only one was taken out for pics the other 3 are boxed

  5. lmfao i feel like this is for 14yr old perverted boys. its really fun to create a second user name with like a "hot chicks" sn and create a hot girl avatar and draw in a crowd of a bunch of losers trying to hit on you and then when they start dancing with/on you, change the character really quickly to a preset of a hideous dude and watch the reactions of all the losers hahahaha oh god me and my friends spent hours laughing with this game.

  6. i have a 98 5.9L and a 96jgcl but havent had any issues with the overhead before. the one thing that always went out on both of my zjs was the dimming driver mirror it somehow always breaks and the fluid engulfs the driver mirror giving it some weird double vision shit. id probably ask a jeep forum cause theyd know better. jeepsunlimited or jeepforum is usually a good source. i love my zjs to death i hope you get that shit figured out

  7. if you really want to get into it, you need to look at what your gonna be doing with your laptop and where youll be taking it. if your gonna be on the battlefield lookin up gps coordinates then sure you want a solid laptop. if your not so extreme most things should suffice. I personally own a dell inspiron 1501, and it is solid as shit. however i hate the newer dell laptops. you just have to shop around, read reviews, and use your head.

ive dropped my hp a few times actually and besides a few nicks here and there its still running like a beast. and mines a tablet pc so the screen is even more sensitive than most laptops. as long as you dont go for the super budget laptops you should be fine for everyday carrying around and tasking with a decent name brand laptop. no need to buy a ridiculously expensive laptop because its made of a fancier material than the cheaper one. the one brand id stay away from is acer. working at circuit city, that was the one brand that was brought in for service way more than anything else.

  8. laptops are not diamonds, they wont last forever. however, a decent laptop should last a couple years at least. Ive had mine a year and a half and its still kickin as strong as the first day i got it. also mine is on 24/7. i do not turn it off.

x2 on a decent warranty. it never hurts to have a good warranty just in case something to come up.

that and after 2 years you can get a new laptop!! lol ive been using the same like 1500 bucks since 2002 to keep replacing my laptops with newer models i just need to rebuy the warranty and im set.

  9. Isnt it the same thing if i wired the rear battery to the amp and ground the battery to chasis.?..its wired to the same (+) of the amp

dude what kind of ghetto ass concoction are you scheming up here? are you trying to jamb 2 0gauge wires into the amp terminal or something? how is the front battery even remotely connected to the rear battery if its not directly connected to the rear batt?

  10. ok so a couple of mins ago i wired a extra battery at the back..(trunk)...but i ran out of 1/0 wire...so i just added (1) 1/0 to (+) to battery and (+) to amp...with no ground...would it keep the voltage on the battery maintained or would it discharge it...?..i taught it would keep it charged since the amp is wired to the other battery in the hood and i just added a extra battery wired straight to the amp...

    any suggestions?..

if its bad tell me A.S.A.P so i could remove it...

wtf how the hell do you have this wired? you have the amp hooked up to the battery under the hood and the second battery hooked up to the amp? connect the positive and positive from the battery under the hood to the rear battery and ground the rear battery to the chassis then just wire the amp straight to the rear battery...

  11. yeah also keep battery life in mind cause usually the bigger the screen the lower the battery life cause the backlight is what consumes the most battery life. like i have a small hp tablet pc with a 12in screen which can last me about 4 hrs on power saver mode. also sort of a rule of thumb with new laptops but pretty much any laptop with 4gigs of memory is going to be 64bit os.

heres a very nice laptop for your wife

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16834117809

really strong processor with a big hard drive incase your wife doesnt have an external hd as well.

  12. 64bit has been out years lol so if its the next best thing its a little late.

all im saying is someone whom obviously doesnt know much about comps would pretty much have no use for a 64bit os

64bit has been out since xp era but hasnt really entered the consumer world til now. the 64bit laptops are faster and better at multitasking especially with how demanding vista is. either way still think thats a pretty good deal for that laptop.

  13. lots of programs still dont work with a 64bit OS so imo not really a option a regular end user needs. hes not doingf anthing that needs a 64 bit o/s

alot of them do now though. like a year ago 64bit would have been pointless but most programs work with 64bit now thats why alot of pc manufactures are selling their pcs with a 64bit os. you are right though that not all of them work. im running a 64bit os and imo it really does help with multitasking imo but maybe its my imagination. my hd movies which are like 6+gigs in size are really skippy on my desktop but is perfect on my laptop

imo its really not necessary to have but it would be nice in case like the next big thing is going 64bit in like 4 months. just something to keep in mind i hate the feeling when something new comes out thats way better right after you buy somehting.

  14. http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/HP-Pavilion...roductDetail.do

heres a decent one great for what you want to use it for. has a 64bit os as well with 4 gig of ram. one thing that may be an issue with this is the battery life because thats a pretty hefty processor.

edit: id also look for a computer that has 4gigs of ram with a 64 bit os if you dont like that one cause like you said you dont want to have to upgrade it as soon as you get home.
