unhh so time consuming... I was thinking about cutting out all the damaged areas, getting a 15in speaker ring and fiberglass the entire box... not sure though... I really should build a new box...

so i had my sub/box out of my car and just chillin in my truck bed INSIDE my garage. well we had a nastyyy ass rain storm a few days ago power went out and everything. it was a flash flood basically rained so damn hard that i guess the wind blew water into my garage and onto my sub/box sooo long story short the wood got wet around the sub and well the weight of the sub did work on the box...
anyway I was wondering if you guys have any idea how i could ghetto repair this for the time being til I can find the time to build a new box.

Your going to pay out the ass for the conversion, but it will be a complete conersion.
There are also bulbs with reflectors that leave nice cut offs.
the only bulbs ive seen give a decent cutoff are oem d2r bulbs. can you show me a kit that is street legal and gives a cutoff line?

If you wanna get tideious (sp) any mod you do to the vehicle that isnt factory is illegal. (ie mud flaps lol)
but with a 12 k kit, which is pratically purple, your gonna draw lots of attention to yourself.
what the shit? dot approved conversion kit? how is that possible ive never seen an hid kit give a cutoff line in a halogen housing... how is anything above 4300k legal? 10k is so damn blue you wont be able to see shit if it rains at night

looked up the fed ex tracking number and it was held up at the fed ex location for pick up from recipient but a few hours later it said delivered and signed for by R. Watts

i got a 24 on the act i didnt like the layout of it for some reason i had trouble concentrating during it so i decided to take the sat instead studied like crazy had the little igoogle app for word of the day and memorized it ontop of buying sat vocab notecards at barnes and nobles and studied those like crazy ended up getting a 2150 on the sat which im okay with and got me into college so yeah i dunno try out the sat as well. just study like mad and review over the math you had to take through out high school

its not a jammer if thats what youre asking but theyre damn good radar detectors. I guess im kind of biased though cause I know mike valentine lol (his daughter went to my school so whenever she threw parties I always bsed with him about cars)

What is a good one to get for the money? Something that is really reliable for the amount paid.... but i dont want to spend thousands or anything... haha.
buy a used valentine one, you can pick one up for around 200 and theyll save your ass like none other.

its just super annoying like what compels people to have to touch them. Its like they cant control it their hand automatically goes straight to the sub when they see it beating. i see why so many home theater manufactures hide the speakers under grills so well so the majority of the world wont try to stick their hand or foot into the speaker and destroy it.
