Made me think of the exhaust thing when you mentioned the automated part. Maybe you could find a kit like this and modify it for a larger diameter and such, sweet idea man.

[What material to wrap amp rack in?]

Alright guys, I got my samples from DistinctiveFabric.com and have been pondering which material to use to wrap my amp rack with all weekend and can't make up my mind so i'm asking you guys for help.

My interior is black and i'm contemplating accenting my door panels with the same material just to break things up a bit, add a little character, so grey is going to be the color since my headliner and various plastic parts are grey too.

So the question is, do I use Ostrich or Suede?

Where is the best place to start a build log btw? I'm takin pic's but where do I post, a new thread? I read an early comment about a pic thread to rule out the chatter. As for a HU, something that can play a remixed version of Alizee` with Bass, and the video... for entertainment.

My buddy went back and forth for days with same problem while back, turned out his settings were wiped on the HU and sounded normal after reconfig. Maybe somthing simple?
