The new wires from KnuKonceptz 1/0 and 8ga speaker wire Ground crimped and covered with heat shrink Chassis ground Engine ground White is the Alternator wire I did not get a close pic of, the red is the power to the back More to upload

Cleaned up a bit it fits again Sanding is difficult New 6x9's have larger magnets. More work on those later, I will post some big3 pics tomorrow. Peace~

Soaked the MDF with Resin They dried We borrowed a blanket Glued the fabric into the grooves so it does not lift up when resin is added Left side covered with fabric Looks like left side also other side Some resin Itchy fiberglass I heard to rip and not cut, which is ok besides more itchyness first coats of resin and fiber

Welcome to my second build log, a small project on my friends 1990 Nissan Maxiam 4 Door Sports Car! There was a light system previously installed by various shops already in this car and is being redone. The old panel, used for template panels cut Ring's for 6x9's Ring's cut If only this was the end. The magents will be sit back into the panels. We got some help from my old man routing the edges off to match the stock panels shape. Braces for rings and edge cut with router. More to post yet...

The new build is chugging along, fast imo but I'm waiting everyday for new vids, I bet it seems alot longer working with allllll that wire. I cant wait to see more videos of the work. Great stuff man!

I don't think the slant port will cause any problems, building it is the only way to find out. Good luck!
