I am helping my friend install an hid conversion kit on his 97 intrepid and we have it all connected the way its supposed to be. The only problem is that when we turn them on only the high beams turn on. when we switch it to low beams they just shut off. (high and low is on the same bulb). Could this possibly be because the relay is bad? Let me know if any one has any ideas as to what is going on here. THANKS

I am going to build a slot ported box this weekend for my Alpine 15" Type R and was wondering if I should go with braid nails or just pre-drill holes and go with coarse thread drywall screws.

I have a pretty dumb question that I wanna get cleared up. my friend says he can power his 2 subs with a 2 channel amp down to .5 ohms without any problems. I told him otherwise, yet he still is convinced that he can do it. he thinks I can power my 1 ohm amp down to .5 ohms also. Please tell me I am right and he is wrong. Thank you!!!!

I have 1 15" Alpine Type R. I was wondering if I make a slot ported box out of 1/2" MDF will it withstand the slap of the 15". or would I have to go with 3/4"

so it doesnt matter what size fuse is in my amp to determine what size to use on my power wire?

I was wondering how big of a fuse i will need for tru 4 guage wiring for an amp with an internal fuse of 80amp
