    Listen to business owners by eliminating minimum wage and allow the middle class to vanish before our very eyes- problem solved. There will be more poor people for them to take advantage of. Also, eliminating unions and putting an end to safety regulations will help save money for the rich, which they will use to hire Americans for a fraction of what the minimum wage is now. Sound good to you?

    Get a weight gainer shake don't get a rtd. Get a bag mix it your self you will save a lot. It's hard to get a lot of high cal good quality food if you got to work and its hard to stuff your face that much... try to get your weight in protein a day rule thumb...

    I won't do weight gainers. My brother took those back in his hay day and it caught up with him to say the least.

    Protein is what makes muscles grow. You need it if you want big muscles lol. You can get it with shakes but the best way to get protein is from whole foods. Like lean beef, chicken, and milk. Basically you are not gonna see the gains you want without it. I would drink a shake before and after a workout and throughout the rest of the day eat foods high in protein. Just my 2 cents. I made great gains with this combination. Before my girlfriend made me a fatass that is haha.

    oh I eat protein like a champ.

    I have just recently gotten back into lifting weights and I need to ask something: does drinking a protein shake after workouts make a big difference in results? they are a tits load of money and I love results just as much as the next gentleman, but I can't justify spending that type of money on something that won't pay off. Also, is there any negatives to drinking them? Any input on my questions, or anything even relating to them will be greatly appreciated.

    Do 5%. With a wall you won't be able to see anything. Not the box or anything between the box and window. I wouldn't spray paint my windows. What if you get tint tickets or want to rebuild and have to take it off. Much easier to remove tint.

    there trying to pass a bill where if the U.S. government feels threatened they can shut down ALL internet servers in an instant for as long as they please with the push of a button

    if it came down to it, they would do it regardless of a law present. it's sort of like the Patriot Act. After it was passed, the government was just being OPEN about it from that point on.
