  1. Since the Tshirt designing for DC and AQ have been blowing up I think SMD should have a contest where everyone can design the perfect SMD shirt as well. We could start it now and have a vote that way the design could be made before summer gets here. I'm sure they would sell great if they were designed by one of us. Maybe turn it into a charity type deal where some or all of the proceeds go to charity. I would certainly buy one. Any thoughts??

If proceeds went to charity than yeah, Id buu one

as for charity, why would i do that? Making shirts is expensive, a PAIN IN THE ASS (shipping, invoicing, recieveing money, keeping inventory) with VERY LITTLE return money......thats why i dont do it anymore, someone else does them for me (and they are slacking HARD!). I am down for charities and all that but if some of you think that me, or someone else who sells a T shirt is gettin rich off of it you better think again.

it was the OP's idea. I merely stated that I would buy it if that was the case.

  2. Ok, so I have a 35W 6000K HID kit for my 9006 size headlights. I, however, would like to upgrade to 55W 8000K while switching my current HIDs to my fog lights. My problem: my fog lights are size 880. I was wondering; could I solder two harnesses like the ones linked below in order to make an adapter for my fog lights so I can just use the kit I have now?

    Thanks!

IIRC I tried just plugging the ballast into the 880 plug on my fogs and it fits but it can't clip together or anything. I was able to make it work though and they didn't come apart until I pulled them apart. Give it a try. Then you would just have to either modify your fog housings to fit your current bulbs or get some 880 6000k bulbs.

what'd you do to make the bulbs stay in the ballast?

    You mean the plugs?

I didn't do anything, the rubber on the outside of the plug made for a tight seal and it just kinda held itself together. If you really wantet to you could probably tape them together or something of the like.

sounds like a game plan! thanks a lot broski.
