and yes its bass there are 2 other drivers in the cabnet one for midbass and one for highs

voltage, the alt can do steady voltage but cant handle spikes of 200-500 amps, so the battery helps with that, i have 3 batts, and a stock alt i dont drop below 14v

Sounds good. Only reason I did my bumpers/side skits is cuz they come grey stock, which I disliked, and I didn't want a glossy black, wanted a rough black to them. I will post up pictures of what it looks like on the vehicle if you want

I agree with this. I have Herculiner on my box, and on my bumpers/side skits. You can get the kits pretty cheap, they are about $59.99 around here. Comes with a gallon of herculiner, 2 rollers, and 1 wire pad.

And no second skin doesn't exactly make "bed liner" but they do have a new product that looks like bed liner that you apply to your box. It wasn't made for beds like herculiner, rino-line, etc. it was made for sub boxes. There is a thread somewhere on here about it, you can find it if you search a little.

i need a 10 inch sub for a old friend, he is going to be using it in a cabinet speaker in his classroom, his current one is about 23 years old and is powered off a tube amp and am/fm radio, so nothing drastic is needed, 15w rms would be fine, cheapest you can get
