I definitely have to upgrade the electrical, H/O alternator coming in the future from of course DC alternator gunna see if they can make me a 270-300A alt and try to get atleast 175 idle amps, and as i do that gunna do the big 3 as well, and start building it from there, recently got done rewiring everything with a cheap 4gauge wiring kit but now the major dimming of the lights and my car being 20 yrs old is starting to scare me for the alt, its a 1990 Volvo 740gl with the 2.3l non turbo 8v 4 banger which is slow as all hell but! here is a shitty video ill hopefully be adding a better one 2mmrow, this was jus a quick thrown together video. Thanks for viewing everyone, so heres the scoop. Its Christmas and i happen to stumble across a pair of 12" Eclipse Titanium series subs. I have been in love with these subs forever and the price at which i am possibly going to get them at seems like a steal to me, $220 for 2 to be exact. BUT!!!!! the problem i have is i have a very very nice memphis box for 2 12" subs which i am going to possibly put these in and a interfire 1100.2 amp but i can also borrow a buddies box and use just one of the two subs but it would be in a bigger CF area in the single box than the combined in the dual for one sub. Which do you think would be louder and my best bet, both are ported the single box is the WO wedge box for the JL W7 and the memphis box i have is 3.70cf i dont know the tune of either of these boxs but advice would be great i will include some pics of the subs i am going to be getting. damn really? i havent really found all that much i found one guy with 15's more than 2 cant remember if it was 4 or 6 in his volvo wagon but otherwise i havent really found anything. u got links im really interested in it? i would be maken ym volvo louder but atm doing a motor swap for a newer 2.3

yeaaa its all good man no bashing on aopions but to be honest id vote for 173+db badass over the $140 dollar budget system kid if i was the one chasing veterins but this would help me jump start my car audio career thats why i am doing it but thanks man lets hope who ever gets it it goes to good use!

Well if u must ask i have power and ground wires bu the contest isnt about what you have thats rockford, its what u have and have done with it s for people who will put the contest money/sponsorship to proper use. so if u want me to answer some more i have a current 140$ setup that runs in the area of 135db yes thats not alot but for close to a dollar a DB im not bitching

yea i understand what your saying my monte carlo used to flex like crazy and the review mirror fell off. on my volvo it still flexs like crazy and is loud...but how the mirror is attached it doesnt flex at all lol

thanks for posting that vid man. the geo is truely an amazement to me in the fact that ur windshield still flexs more than my subs combined from Xmax to Xmax
