Im getting ready to order 2 level 2 8" for my f150 crew cab and after using my level 5 15 in a bandpass i really liked the way they sound on music anyone have any input or ideas for a bandpass in a f150, ill probably take out the 40 section of my backseat to put it in there just looking for thought or comments and maybe an amp suggesion

The sub that blew was a crossfire he blew one Friday and one on Sunday

I know why you thought the softparts I accidentally said spiders instead of spokes and the sub did not blow you guys the sub just got the basket cracked down there

The basked broke not the softparts, the softparts are in perfect working order the spokes broke where they meet the first landing for the surround and that landing actually cracked in 2 places causing that side of the landing to kind of be a flap, I'll try to get pictures tomorrow because I left the sub a the shop and I'll get it after I get outta class tomorrow and snap some pics for ya clay

Yea they are I'll give them that haha but a darn good sub but I'm not worried about it I mean stuff happens and everything has a chance of failure and knowing frankies enclosure and amps it went for a ride, between 6-7k on music forr bassrace and bass boxing and demos so I'll just get a new basket and recone abs I'll be in good shape

Frankie promised to pay for it i already emailed rusty about it to get a price for a new basket and another reconed shipped to me and once he emails me back i gotta call frankie and he is gonna send me the money, and plus if frankie wouldnt have offered that he was gonna use my DD9515 cause i really dont care about that anymore cause i have the DC haha but when its all said and done ill pretty much have a brand new level 5 for when i get my truck cause i sold my old comp car so in a way it kind of turned out for me

Ill get pics up tonight, im in class on my phone and yea i kinda did expect if from frankie but i just didnt see why mine broke and not the crossfires kinda weird but oh well

Down at SBN i let Frankie Rio use my level 5 15 cause he was down 1 sub and when i got it back 5 of the spiders had cracked and the top ring where the surround is, the soft parts held up but the basket didnt lol once i get pics i will post because it was pretty bizare since his crossfire xs-spls use the same basket and they are the same weight of a level 5, i have done a lot of work using the xs-spls so i just thought i would share the story and will try to have pics by the end of the day PS he still did his 160s in bass boxing and i think in bassrace Casey

well it will only be the one video and in my qualifying run i only did a 150 and the reason i only have one video is because right after finals i started my teardown cause im tight for cash but ill try to get that video up soon

I used a Level 5 15 in a 6th order bandpass with 2 crossfire 2400s on it and won first place in modified 2 with a score of 150.4 at 40 htz on fusing, with no fusing i was close to a 153 at 40 htz but i just thought it thank rusty again for the awesome sub and im selling my jeep but keeping the sub haha so maybe when i get a van ill use the level 5 as a daily sub and get me some level 6 but ill try and get some pics up of the box and i just got a video sent to me by james so ill try and post that soon on here if he doesnt beat me to it Casey

haha nice, im looking at buying my bosses van, hes got 4-15s and does a 160 with around 18k so i might get 3 more level 5 15s and put em in there or wait till the level 6 to come out, but i know my box isnt right so thats why my number is only a 151 at 44htz with around 8k

if i can get the power ill test it haha but it moves pretty good off of the 9k i was using

just got done working on the jeep, we added a wall infront of the sub, i ended up doing a 151.1 at 44 htz, im nowhere near satisfied but i know the nox is not right for the sub so i am going to try and get it up to a 152 then keep it like that until meca finals which is on oct 3-4 and then after that im going to get a new car so i will keep updates here soon, i will have pics tomorrow and maybe a video or 2
