i am getting an audioque amp.. i would get rid of the cap but dont have the money for a batt. right now... plus fam. doesnt want me to spend more money on it right now lol

it sounds pretty good for 170 watts to each sub.. it really made me happy when it was bridged and actually sounded good... thats why i am so excited to get my new amp

thanks guys... the only thing i hate about it and regret alot was i didnt know crap about it so best buy did the install and i really wish i woulda known how to do it because i would have saved so much more money... but i am getting my new amp tomorrow and hopefully it will be alot better

the rms on each sub is 400 and when i had the amp bridged it was also 400 but something went wrong in the amp and had to unbridge and its only 170 watts to each sub.. that being the reason i am getting the AQ1200D

personally nothing is going to come off as a dick move to me because i am open to anything and like i said this is my first time buying a new amp... my subs are the cheaper kenwood kfc-w3011's for info and the amp i have now is kac 7203 and what sucks is when i bought the amp i swear i told them a different one and they gave me this because i wanted a mono amp and i got a 2 channel... and i cant have it bridged because it shuts off... and it made me mad... and im sick of giving my subs 170 watts each... and i am wanting to buy a new amp... so anything that is suggested will make me happy... i just saw that amp i put the link to so i wasnt sure... any help is appreciated. thank you all soo much. and if you have anything that maybe a lil cheaper it would be good.. but like i said i do want quality EDIT: i do like the sundown amp but i am looking for something i can do asap due to not much more time left for it to be played

okay well guys i am looking into buying a new amp... the subs i have 400 watts RMS power and i want to power both to their fullest, so theoretically (sp) i would need an amp with 800 RMS (correct?) and if so what amp would you sugges .. i would like to buy a new amp that is in the 100 to 250 price range and that is going to last... i really have started to like hifonics amps but i am open for anything please help thanks in advance Edit: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_11750_...ch+P1000.1.html would this be an okay amp?

okay so i have the rcas that run from the head unit to the amp now do those not get used? or what? im sorry i am a super noob at this FTL!

do you have to use all 4 ouputs because i only have 2 open on my amp or do two go to your radio?

thanks i will look into these... and on my amp i only have 2 of the rca's open would that be okay? and i want one that when you turn it all the way down the bass is off to the amp for the winter when it is colder outside... sorry i sound needy but i really do appreciate all the help.. can someone give me a link... i would look up but have to leave for school in like 5 min.
