I have an upgraded alt, and all my grounds are good. But i will be sitting at high voltage liek 14.4-14.5 and i wont have anything on. But my voltage will drop fro, 14.4 to 12.6 randomly while driving, and if i like turn knobs like the air conditioning it will jump back up to 14.4. Im using a stinger voltage meter by the way.
check for shorting or anything that could cause it to go down and what kinda alternator and battery and what year is the car? and what type of car?

32hz i found was good
