    yeah AQ is a great amp, im in the same boat you are, dc lvl 4 sitting in my room doing absolutly nothing, too poor to afford an amp:), ill hopefully end up picking one up at carlisle :D

    The AQ2200D would be WAY better than the PowerBass one... I have 5 of the AQ2200d's and had no problems with them... They will put out more than the 2200 RMS rating... BTW... you got pictures of your build in your expedition?! I have an expedition... 1998... want to see how you did your box!!!!

    db-r has a refurb saz 1500 for 350 last time I checked, it's really hard to find something that does around 2k for 300 bucks, I was in this spot last week lol. But I ended up ordering an AQ2200d, I'm actually sitting infront of my door waiting for it now.

    but yea check out caco and other sites for something used if you really want to find something under 300

    its gunna be tuff to find anything else that puts out that kind of power for that cheap unless you try and find something used. if you cant afford the crescendo or the AQ i would check out the SMD classifieds. plently of guys are getting rid of nice stuff there. But off the top of my head those 2 amps are the best bang for the buck. anything else that puts out that kind of power will be stupid expensive.

    yea i will look but right now i dont really wanna spend over 300 on a amp

    I have the AQ 2200d on a LVL4XL, and it pounded at 2 ohms, and now it has really been slamming since I wired it down to .5ohms.

    damn nice if only someone donated money lol to me :P

    if moneys your issue i would definitely go AQ. puts out rated and there really efficient. its worth the money

    well i really dont know but i need somthing to power a lvl 4 dc audio? but i really need it to be cheaper

    they are not over rated they are very good amps. actually they kick ass. but if you can afford another $100 or so i would go crescendo. i have a 3kwp. thing puts out 3k easy, its a beast. only problem is i believe its on backorder right now.

    yea i know but right now im fuckin low on money ... girl friend is burnin a hole in my pocket ... cuz we go to the movies and stuff alot but do u know anything els thats cheap that dose 2k? or atleast 1.5k?

    Heyy guys i have bin hearing about the audio q 2200 im not sure if i should get it or not people say its way over rated or they say its under rated im not sure what to believe all i know is i need to know if its under rated and if it is dose any one know a good amp that will put 2k rms out that's under 400 dollars thanks!
