    Glad I helped you steer out of a direction you wouldn't have liked, now maybe I can help get things going in the right direction :)

    If I had money to paint a car, it would look like this.

    In my opinion a lighter color is where it's at.

    Maybe a gold? Too flashy, maybe, but draws attention. Though maybe you want your system to do that job lol.

    How about a white under-coat, and a pearly blue on top?

    Could go a little darker maybe, but what do you think of that idea?

    I'm a fan of color though, but my dad likes white/stock. Out '89 Jimmy is white :(

    i like the green one and the light blue and the white look great i think that green or the white would look the best on it

    matte or flat black looks nice on photoshop and on a 2010 lexus on the SEMO show floor - but on the street, it looks like primer. No thanks.

    id rather roll stock pewter then primer i mean matte black.

    i might end up doing just that after i saw the blue - its pretty but i dont think it looks good on my truck after seeing the phtoshop.

    Hey steve you know wat would look good on your tahoe one of those 2 tone paint jobs or that paint that changes when you look at it at differnet angles

    here i will lay off the shit talking if you do this one thing (im sure i speak for most of the forum here)

    i understand not everyone knows everything but please don't post anything if you dont know the correct 110% answer

    you need to just chill around here for a bit reading and reading and reading some more soak up and absorb as much knowledgeable info as you can and then come back ask some questions if need be but don't go posting around with shit you have no experience with

    people who come and ask questions around the forum usually want answers to why product X is better then product Y from someone with personal experience with it not someone who seen a youtube video and thinks its better cause i seen someone else do this with it or i seen x post up this score so you should be able to to

    im sorry if im coming off as an asshole or a dick or whatever im just sick of people giving bad advice or advice on a subject they have no experience with because it is almost always complete BS and WRONG

    as for Op like ed said whats best for your vehicle is whats best for you, if you want to give up your whole trunk area a bigger sub setup is fine if you dont want to give up all that space a smaller sub setup is whats best for you

    its all what you want and what is best for your needs

    kinda goes along the lines of this

    and Ed you need to have your own section of how to/ help/ all that crap because every post i've read from you is bang on and informative

    as for op for a trunk car 2 12s or 15 is good as for an suv i like a pair of 15s depending on size an 18's always nice too

    im not try to be mean but why the crap are u always saying stuff about me and im just saying im not trying to say u have to get that product or something but im just suggesting stuff you don't have to go with what i say im just suggesting that k

    I have to do this for a class. I am not interested in brand names, simply what size do you feel is best for the average non-competitor who is just doing it for the block. Because I know someone will ask let's say they have a stock electrical system with a 1000 watt amplifier. The box is ported and tuned to 36Hz. and just for kicks let's say it's a dual sub set up.

    1 18"

    6 cube tuned to 30 hz and 90 square inches of port

    I have a friend with the JBL amp and it does work, but something is wrong with either the amp or with wiring. The components and tweeters pop and the music fades in and out, so there might be a problem with those amps.

    its probly somthing mabie with the head unit or rca or power or its got somthing broken inside thats wat all it could be
