how can i get better braking distance without buying an expensive ass big brake kit

ok well i have my silverado n i want to get h.i.d low n high beam also yellow h.i.d foggers for sure whut do you think i should get

why wouldnt i get 12000k

how many square feet of second skin would i need to complely do the interior

so ima do 12000k high beams 10000k low beam & 4000k foggers so do i need ballests for each bulb or....

any of you think ima be needing a alternator ima be running a arc audio 2500cxl and a 6040cxl 4 15w0's jl audio of course
