  1. o its fine i got a dumb question to i think lol what does the # of common port walls mean?
  2. do it if you would please.... what angle would i have to cut both sides to on the front piece
  3. This is what i ended up coming up with for a single cab pick up. Box is behind seats port will be facing front driver seat, sub will be facing passenger seat. sub is a fi bl 12" and it will be running on a audioque 1200d height 16" width: 55" depth 1: 6.0 depth 2: 11.0 Port: height 14.5 width: 2.0 length 30: with torres box calculator it came out to be tuned to 33.60 hz, 2.01 net volume, and port area 29in^ Want to hear what you guys think before i start cutting im limited to space and thats about all i came up with thats going to work.
  4. i only got 5" depth behind the center console and it is 18" long
  5. Ok i know how to get net volume if I break it up but how to I add in port then
  6. if someone could design a box like this that would be cool if the box needs to be a little bigger behind passenger seat i still have room to move it up. i can figure out a simple box easily but i dont know how to use a calculator when it aint just a regular square box or angled box
  7. its fine man. Its kinda of a pain cause the center console has to be built around it
  8. just mediums and high bass notes for the most part i know i have the one in my other truck tuned to 32hz. i usually listen to gucci mane- pyrex pot, yella diamonds and some others some lil wayne- fire flame, 6 foot 7 foot waka flacka flame- hard in da paint, oh lets do it machine gun kelly- wild boy
  9. I need a design on a truck box. The sub is going to be a fi bl 12", amp audioque 1200d, i just want a design thats going to be loud to the ear, i only listen to rap/hip hop. I would like to stick to a slot port. The space its going is here, sorry its dirty lol, and im taking out the tool box things height: 14" top depth: 6" bottom depth for driver and passenger side: 11" back length: 59" front length behind passenger seat: 21" front length behind driver seat: 21" behind center console depth: 5" behind center console length: 18" kinda of a weird design... if you need more info i can get it
  10. i think i decided on audioque sdc2.5-10 but i havent decided on 1 or 2. I have a audioque 1200d that would run them both perfect. i still need to do measurements and make sure i can get 2.5^ft without loosing leg room and still look nice.
  11. well first off i wasnt starting a vs thread sundown is the only company i could think of that makes a good 8". I wouldnt mine a 10" either i would like to stick with a single sub as i have in my other truck. The truck is a 2000 f250 powerstroke single cab. My budget is about 200 for sub
  12. Well i bought me a new truck and i want to add a little bass in it. So i was thinking 1 sundown 8". What are some other 8" subs that are from 400-800 rms that would be good sound quality and a good price?
