Well I have thought about firing the subs down to fit the 12's. here's the draft of the box. Tahoe_Sub_Box.JPG_thumb

I was talking about the side of the mag to the inside of the enclosure. so as long as the mag and the enclosure is not touching I'm good. Thanks!Shannon

Its a 2004 Tahoe. I would like a little but of both. I also for got to add that I'm in the process of putting in a Audiocontrol DQXS. As for the subs Looking at the TC Sounds TC-3000 12", MTX 9500 12", FI Q or BTL 12" and the RE SX or XXX 12". I was thinking of running 3 drivers but I think I'm going to scale down to just 2.Thanks! Because of the lay back of the front of the enclosure is why I have 7/16" . The bottom of the enclosure is 13" but the top is only 8.5" look at the CAD plans that I drew up. Thanks! Shannon

Ok So would 7/16" be enough gap between the magnate and the inner wall or is any amount of gap ok? Shannon

Ok. Now I guess I need to determine my max mounting depth. But in order to do that I guess I need to start building this thing? Shannon
-
well I guess the answer your looking for is "L"? If it is possible. Shannon
-
Thanks! Now I just have to figure out how to draft out the inside for two separate champers and get the Tune "port" right. Also I still don't know what my max mounting depth would be. I think I'm going to make the Mounting face 1 1/2" and the rest out of 3/4" or 1" MDF. Shannon

Well guys I justed finish doing some measurements and this is what i came up with for a ruff draft. Now granted this is just a CAD design I thew together. I've been thing about what Ernesto said about showing the stuff off. so I'm try'n to figure out some way to make this enclosure have some panache. but Still working on that. I'm thinking about making the top out of 3/4" Plexi and maybe some neon in the box. But That just a Idea. Shannon Tahoe_Sub_Box.JPG_thumb

I have. the enclose Will be alittle odd shaped do to the lay back of the seat. the bottom will be deeper then the top. Shannon

Guys this is the type of help im looking for. I relize that this is not the most eye appiling but I sould be able to some how make it alittle bit better looking. Thanks! Shannon
-
I would if I could. My wife has informed me that I have to retain the 3rd row seat and keep it functional. Other wise this would be easy and i would do just as you say and pic the subs first. But with that said I'm now in a dilemma that I have to look at the enclosure first. I hope you understand where I'm comming from. Shannon

I realize that no one has a crystal ball that could tell me the number it would hit :^ . I'm just looking for some help in direction to go. I'm going to attach a picture of the enclosure I'm looking at with some ruff measurements. so any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks! Shannon ee_1.jpg_thumb
