Lol i dont really under stand that man. Your best bet is to just run 2 runs of 0 each with a fuse on them to the amp, make it look clean and you will be good to go.

It will have to equal out to 380 so 200 amp fuses on each power input to the amp will do just fine.

Yes do your big 3 correctly. Doesnt matter if its a pain in the ass, just get it done the right way the first time.

if your 0ga wire melted that me3ans your trying to draw way to much amps from your electrical system. Do you have the big 3 done? if you do you probably need a stronger alt.

From my experience with hifonics they usually over rate at 1ohm, and at 2ohms they are pretty damn close about 50w off. I have never wired a hifonics amp to a 4ohm load so i cant say anything about it but it would make sense that it would be spot on.

Is 140 the max your needle will go to? I touched the pos on batt. quickly and pulled it back and my gas gauge needle spun around. What i did was bend a coat hanger and stick in the hole where my mileage resest button is and flipped it back around. You have to be patient with this though it can be a pain in the ass.
