I haven't had issues with the duplicolor with similar size stuff. SEM makes good coatings, but somethings by them can be pretty salty in price. Let us know the out come when u get them cleared.

The duplicolor clear has a flex agent in it.

I wouldnt use it. Get duplicolor clearcoat. Its in a spray can and u can get it at auto zone, napa etc...I have used it for similar sized parts and worked really well.

I wouldnt recomend using it. It can have alot of affects on people around you not just the person or persons you want to use it on, if its windy or inside somewhere. Maybe go with a stun gun

i'll correct that....

quality companies usually do, the hard part is figuring out what a quality product is and what isnt and sometimes it comes down to as simple as trial and error or going to a dealer that you trustr...how do you know you can trust a dealer...ask thier honest opinion on things they dont sell, if everything that you tell them is crap to them ask them why dont just stand for oh it sucks and leave it at that.

i dont like xtreme,legacy,pyle equipment, why you might ask me...i feel that although they are cheaper that its wrong to tell you as a customer that it does 3000max power because as a consumer who relies on what im telling you your going to believe you have that 3000 watts in your vehicle, when in fact you may have as little as 400rms coming from that amp.

you can always talk with a shop salesperson and feel them out and tell if they know what they are talking about...h

Agreed. But what I get when talking to shops is that they havent heard of x product they assume they are no good. Shops here are all mainstream(nothing wrong with that)but they dont want to educate themselves on what is out there and what people are runnig now adays

Well explain to me on the correct way to run a battery i was going to take 1/0 g from front to back for pos and neg isnt that the right way ? lol

An isolator is not needed. If the batts are ran correctly they will be fine. Shops around here say isolators are needed. 1) so they can make a few more dollars. 2) the lack of knowlage they have they dont want to self educate them selves.

Look around the forum at some boxes that people have posted on here. There are alot of great designers. I look at alot of designs in here. I talked to Decaf(sorry decaf to drop your name) acouple of times till we both fig. out what I was really wanting. He then told me what was best for my set up and designed an excelent(spelling) box. I did the "help me"post and learned that guys on here are so tired of seeing it. Maybe there should be a thread for people to show there designs who want to make a few extra bucks on the side. Sorry so long just throwing my .02
