all i did was split a normal rca, noting to big
Sounds like an easy fix to me . I can't believe I didn't think of this.

Read them a couple times was tryin to find a cable to work never thought about splittin rca
Just split a normal RCA cable and use one side.
Also maybe you should read the manuals. Shows you everything you need to know

for quick... go to walmart and get digital spdif rca cable if they still sell it or audiosavings.com I believe sells them
Ill check out audiosavings thank you. Talking to the best buy guys was kind of pointless

Dont forget that you set the master slave switches and turn all the gains down on the slave amp just for good measure..
when strapped, only the gain on the master works...

I have two AQ2200's that i wanna strap together. The 2200 only has one rca output/input for master/slave option. My question would be do i use rcas with y adapters or is there another cable that will work for this. tried searching and asked the local best buy guys. Their response was just use one plug off each side. I really didnt like that idea, any help suggestions on what cable to use would be helpful.

Ssf was set around 32
I gave a bad description of the problem. Sound was cutting out at like volume 10 out 20 sounded like shit. The problem was that my main power wire came loose of the spare batteries. Sorry for wasting time with this problem. Thanks for tryin to help my drunk ass out.

Thanks for the help but I found the problem. It was a power wire that came loose. I prob shouldn't have made this thread being in the condition I was in.

dont know my n2 sounds like it is bottoming out at half volume. i havent clipped what do i do?

The mtx 9500 . I have ran both the mtx and w7 and mtx does just as good of job as w7 at lower price

Say you wire a dual 2 ohm sub in parallel so its now a single 1 ohm sub. When you plug it into your amp, thereafter something called impedance rise. At some frequencies, the amp recognizes the sub as a 1.3 ohm sub and put out power accordingly.
Thanks i didnt know that so when most people say there wired down to one ohm there probably not at one ohm and not pushing there amp to full power? And how can you offset this in future set ups

Thank you for responding does it really matter that the sub and amp would be at different ohms cuz i dont want to blow my subs or any amp that i buy.

I currently have 2 12in W7 and i wanted to use another amp(s) other than JL's amps. My question is can i use other amps when these subs are single 3ohm and when wired up would be 1.5ohms. Please help me figuring out what amps would work for these subs for 1.5ohms between 1500-2000 rms.
