Would you guys think it could hold the 750 watts rms from hooking both to a Audiopipe 1500d ?
-
I guess Ill have to make due until I get funds figured out for a very nice setup . I am already regretting even buying anything
-
It sucks I cant find any box specs in order to design a proper box
-
Can anyone help me find documentation on these subs? I cant locate any for the enclosure size or anything.
-
Im not sure if they are or not. Id like to find out though
-
Sorry I mean that the Boss are retailed for more than the Planet Audios I ordered. They are going to send me those instead at no extra cost
-
Ok so here goes ,the Thursday before Christmas I ordered 2 planet audio 15s. Well UPS lost the first order from them. The company I ordered from agreed to reship. I found out that they hadn't even shipped yet and i was contacted on the 30th about the reorder. So the company is going to ship me 2 Boss Audio P156DVC subs instead because well I feel like i was getting the run around. I know Boss Audio isnt a amazing brand and is considered "entry level".Only reason I am going cheap is because I need bass ,But I am planning a large system after upgrades to my electrical. I was just curious if the Subs will handle their rated power? Anyone have a opinion about this subwoofer ?Click here

id like to keep it non walled to be honest. but it would be close to when its all done
-
and I can arrange things differently with fiberglass also. In all honesty ive never owned any reputiable subwoofers. Its always been pioneers or sonys. so I mean with all these different brands how do i figure out who is better?
-
well I know with some maneuvering I could get 5 15s in the car but yes it would be a tight fit. I was mainly using that number as an example .
-
Ive heard alot of mixes opinions of Kicker though to be honest

Ok all so its time for another one of "these" threads.
So when tax time rolls around I am wanting to due a setup in the backseat of my Focus sedan. I want to do a proper spec fiberglass setup. I am only looking to run an Audiopipe 1500d . What I would like to do is do something that will move alot of air. not necessarily be loud but move air. I have a total budget between $600-$800 . this is just for subwoofers and amplifier. The audiopipe is $160 . so keep in mind the more subwoofers the cheaper them need to be. I was thinking about running 6 low power 15s . I am open to ideas but they need to move alot of air .

The only Reason I dont consider DC is because of having to deal with messaging for prices and stuff . I prefer being able to order from a website with a set price.
So SUNDOWN vs FI? which is the better value?

Im trying to find a good pair of 10" subwoofers that will handle 1500 watts Rms for under $450 total ? any Ideaas?
-
ok so If I angled the mounting baffles into a wedge shape would that turn it into a Clamshell?
-
do blow through designs get loud? or do they require alot of cone area?
-
I honestly dont know what I was attemting , thats why I was asking if it was compariable to anything in particular .
-
Hey Guys I had an Idea for a design and don't know if its new or not but ...wondered if you could tell me anything about it . What type is this and will it even work? and how would I tune it
-
can anyone help me figure out how many of x size sub will net the most cone area?
-
Ok so I wall it. If you have 20cubes with the dimensions 52 wide 36 tall and 22 deep what would work best on a budget of 1200 subs and amp?
-
emo this was my first car and was the family backup car until I bought it for $150
-
Well If i did wall I have 20^3ft to work with
-
I don't even know what would make it look any better to be honest. I already have a Daily (my Focus) and this is just my "other car" which is just parked. I wanted to do something cool with it but dunno what will and wont get me laughed at
Thanks eveyone for all of the help so far, but I need more.

See if your headunit has a setting for rear to turn it to a subwoofer channel .
