I have a 1995 Mercury Sable that I want to fashion into a low rider . Is it possible to Put hydraulics on a FWD with Struts? Will 8" cylinders be enough?

I figure my 75% of my alt is used from factory. Then i used the formula 1900/.7/14.4=(x)/.5 = amps needed, Then subtract Alternator amps. gives me needed draw.
Would it be basically the same to do one large battery instead of 2? like a Hc2400?

Ok lol ,Its a 2002 Focus Sedan. I see 14.4 to 13.3 on 400 watts from my pioneer setup . would alot of voltage drop be predicted?

Well I was thinking more along the lines of front battery delete/relocate to trunk . hence 2 batteries in the trunk. Also Going to do all wiring in 2 gauge. (big 3) runs to trunk) and batteries to amps

AP1500d @ 2ohms and 400 Watt RMS pioneer @4 ohms on a stock alternator( 110 amps) would 2 Kenetik KHC1200s in the trunk be enough?

It would give a range though wouldnt it? and could I do an removeable aero for 2 different frequencies? one for burping and one for music

Measure the distance from the rear of the car to the firewall in feet then Use a formula * wave Resonance = 1130/feet/2 for your quarter wave resonance frequency .

If aeroPorts are allowed I could run 2 4" aeros 6" long for 46 for comps and plug one for 34hz for music?

ok pioneer includes specs for a bandpass enclosure for their woofers would that be better? keep in mind I would still like to listen to music with it

I know Resonanating frequency is roughly 43-46 hz. The Amp is also a Pioneer .I could compete in AS1 I just figured S1 was same rules/guidelines. Wont tuning high kill any chance of any music response ? I know Sine it would be loud

Would I be able to compete in S1? also would a ported box sealed off in the fold down seat opening be good? It would be Subs and Port facing forward .

Hey Guys & Gals,
I am wanting to find a bunch of songs that Women love to get down to.I attended a car show last May where girls were dancing in front of cars and crowds to, Lets just say it wasn't the waltz. Im looking for Clubbin , Bump and grind type songs . They may be accompanied many times by girls on poles or anything like that. Songs the Woman like to show off to . Any ideas?

I have seen 15 volts with my stock Focus SE Alternator at 110 amps. I have all stock wiring . The voltage rises with a larger load on your battery. try bumping your system with the blower on full blast for a minute . Should see voltage spike as your battery recharges.

would a KHC1200 battery work as a single primary battery?

Well I believe my Buddy is wanting to put 2 optima red tops in back and eliminate the front battery as he does not have a battery box under the hood for it .I know factory for Focus is 4 gauge wires... now if he would use new wire and clean all the grounds and add new (same gauge) wire in place of the big 3 would it help?

For Big 3 what Gauge should he run? 1/0 would be overkill

I have a 1995 mercury sable ( a Grandma car) and I cant decide if i should build a system or not build a system for it. I mean its ugly as heck and rusting. What you think?
