  1. Ok, I'm in need of some SERIOUS help right now. And for future reference, I'm using Windows XP. Yesterday, I was listening to music through Winamp on my computer and decided to plug my iPod Classic 80 GB in to charge it. I didn't really want to access my iPod through Winamp, but it seems that now Winamp has monumentally screwed my iPod. All of the songs are completely rearranged in some wild, weird fashion, like it groups them together completely different. It like groups some of the songs alphabetically and then starts over and does this multiple times. This is all in the songs section under music (as you're scrolling down, it goes through A-Z, then starts over at A with different songs and goes through to Z again, but with different songs, and once it hits Z it starts over at A with even more different songs and keeps repeating till I get to the very bottom of the entire songs list). And on top of that, now whenever I connect my iPod to my computer and try to open iTunes, iTunes just freezes and doesn't do anything. If I try to bring the iTunes window to the front through Task Manager, Task Manager freezes and I have to close that, then I have to open a new Task Manager and end the iTunes process. I also found some weird ml_pmp.ini file under the iTunes subfolder of iPod_Control when opening my iPod manually in Explorer. I deleted that file as I had never seen it before, but my iPod is still screwed up and iTunes still won't work. And iTunes only freezes when I connect my iPod. I can open it and it can work without my iPod being connected, but once I connect it, it just freezes and that's the end of that. Please help, anyone!!! -Alex
