Alright guys. Ive got the cash in hand. I just want to clear things up tho. Will it be noticeably louder than what ive got so far (in sig)? My L7 seems pretty loud right now as it is... Will the btl on 2000 watts be a big diff in level of output? Cuz the L7 is bigger than the btl... But then again, its getting less power than the btl would be getting... I just want to make sure im making a good purchase here. Input would be greatly appreciated guys

I had the same problem. What i did, was just run new wire to each speaker. I completely ripped out the bose stereo amp and did that. Havent had any problems since. If u were truly into car audio, u would man up and rewire ur speakers.

Hey guys. Theres a local around where i live thats selling a nice package on cl. Its a D2 12" Fi BTL old model thats barely used, brand new hifonics BXI2010D amp, a TON of knukonceptz 1/0 ga wire enough for amp and big three, and inline digital fuse block, and a 2.5 cube box tuned to 32 hz. Hes asking $450 for all of it. Question is, should i go ahead and take it, or would i be better off buying all of my stuff seperate?

Alright. Im gonna do some research on a bigass ho alt or my car. But do u think it would hold up on my current electrical for now? Im going to be upgrading the big 3, and maybe throwin in a battery in the back.

Think it would be better to just get the 1200? cuz i rly dont think i can afford a ho alt right now. Maybe a battery or two, but an ho alt is out of the question.

Hey guys. Im looking to get an AQ 15" HDC3 soon. Question is, would it like an AQ1200D or an AQ2200D? And if u guys think i should go with the 2200, what kind of electrical upgrades am i looking at doing to my grand prix?

Thats the thing tho. I dont know how to use a dmm to set gains. Ive got one, i just dont know how to use it.

My speaker wire is 16 guage. And trust me. My amp is NOT putting out even close to that. And thanks everyone for the suggestions. When i get home i will check it out and see what i can do. And also, how do know if ur amp is clipping or not?

And last time i checked, its a D4 an i have it wired down to two ohms bridged if that makes sense?

Im sure my gains arent up all the way. But i will check again when im off work. And it might be the enclosure. It is really fucking small for an L7. Im gonna build a bigger one soon
